"It was old, but we had trouble getting in, no elevator ( which we knew), the room was unbelievably small, the beds were broken down (deflated), from people sitting on the sides. I had to use a blanket rolled up to support my back enough to sleep. Shower didn’t work—sprayed all over, etc."

"Parking with a nightmare and the police was a dump. The only saving grace was the location was excellent. And Siena is beautiful."
