Easy walking distance to a good bus service minutes to the town centre in Siena suburb. Stayed 2 nights no complaints. Staff were very helpful. Restaurant and bar was good. Breakfast good. Overall a good hotel.

Really comfortable hotel , only stayed one night . A great nights sleep . All the staff without exception were friendly, helpful and could not do enough for us. Breakfast selection was in abundance but unfortunately the quality of the food was not great . Maybe less selection with better quality ingredients would be an option for improvement , but wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a short stay.

It is not in the city center and clearly serves mainly people using the hospital structure around the corner. It was the only option we could find during the Palio days in Siena, but it ended up being a good find: breakfast offers a great selection, the room was adequately spacious for 3 people, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A bus travels back and forth from Piazza del Sale in the very city center very frequently. The only negative thing: the linen on the additional bed wasn't exactly clean, but that can happen.

Everything was great. The area is quiet and safe. Nice surrounding. Room was clean and spacious. Nice bathroom with nice design. Great breakfast for 10euro per person. Everyone was too friendly and kind. 10 min by car from Siena's centre. Recommended.

We were in town for a wedding. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent and the staff were cordial. Our room was warmer then we’d like even at the coolest temperature setting, it never got close to 23 degrees Celsius. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The climate in the hotel was so hot and there was no air conditioning. We asked for 2 twin beeds and they gave us a room with one king bed. Employees said there was not advise about this requirement from hotels.com. There was a group of school's children so noisy during the breakfast and at night. All the rest was ok.

Unfortunately, my only recourse for a bad experience "out the gate" is to leave a bad review here. I made a reservation several days in advance - clicked book, and immediately realized that I had accidentally entered an extra day than I meant to. I wrote to ex pedia to try to correct the situation within 5 minutes of making the mistake, and they reached out to the property on my behalf. They could not refund or all me to cancel. I tried calling the property myself, thinking that if I spoke to another human, they might understand the mistake better. The woman I spoke with was very kind and sympathetic, but told me there was nothing to do, and that I had to p ay for the extra night. Definitely disappointing, for all parties, I'm sure.

Ich weiß nicht, wie das Hotel, so eine Bewertung haben kann. Das Zimmer, was wir bekommen haben (235) ist nicht dein Zimmer von einem 4 Sterne Hotel die Toilette war sehr veraltet. Fliesen waren kaputt Spiegel und Waschbecken sehr schlecht aus. Ich persönlich kann das Hotel nicht weiterhelfen.

Hotelli on vähän vanhanaikaiseksi jäänyt, joka vaikuttaa siltä, että sen parhaat ajat ovat takanapäin. Hotellin ravintola oli muutoin ihan siedettävä, mutta sieltä saatu ruokamyrkytys sai kokemuksen koko hotellista kovin heikoksi. Päädyimme lähtemään hotellista kolme yötä ennen varauksemme päättymistä.

Het verblijf was super. Zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn schoon. Dit wordt dagelijks bijgehouden. Dagelijks schone handdoeken. Goede bus en taxi verbinding naar het centrum van Siena en betaalbaar. Buskaartjes zijn te koop bij de receptie van het hotel. Lopend ben je ruim 30 tot 40 minuten onderweg naar het centrum van Siena. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
