Great place!

We had a great time staying here. The Staff was extremely friendly and helped with anything needed. The food and property were great. the location is great as well, walking distance from a ton of stuff.

Great location for pub st and night markets!!

From check in to check out the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cold towels upon return to the hotel each day was a nice touch. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. The area was great for walking to pub street and easily exploring the night markets.

Wonderful Hotel Empowering Younger People

I loved The Urban. It was clean, comfortable and super quiet. The service was wonderful with the staff approaching a few times to make sure everything was well. They explained that they are a community that trains younger people to have good work skills in order to empower them. This impressed me the most. I could tell they actually cared about their guests and their staff. They also offer an opportunity to plant a tree and the hotel follows environmentally friendly policies. I would definately recommend The Urban.

Perfect location and hotel for Siem Reap

The staff at Urban hotel treated us like family and made our stay extra special. The restaurant food was delicious, the pool was perfect for relaxing, and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Mr. Bee was our tuk tuk driver for our entire stay and was very friendly, helpful, always on time, and took us to a delicious restaurant for lunch. We hope to return one day and would gladly stay here again!

Had a wonderful, albeit short stay at The Urban. Tom was very helpful prior to and upon check-in, supporting with my arrangements for tours. The restaurant was great and I ate breakfast and dinner there, I recommend! All staff were super friendly and genuine. Thank you!

The entire staff was cordial, kind and accommodating. They were knowledgeable of the city and local attractions. Always ready to help with directions, answer questions regarding language and Khmer cultural traditions. Service was graceful, and genuinely afforded. I will certainly return!

This was a great stay for us. The Urban is clean, modern and in a good location. Just a few minutes walk to Pub Street, massage places and many food options nearby. We used the pool the three days we were there as the weather was very hot. We had their breakfast option was was alright. Overall, it was really the staff that made me post this review. The concierge and head manager did everything they could to make our stay good - they helped me arrange a day tour of Angkor Wat and accommodated an additional request I had. They are very kind people which made this stay very pleasant.

Nice stay. Good Value.

Loved this place! The check in process was so unique and welcoming. Staff is great. The front of the resort is an outdoor dining area which is super cute. Breakfast was good. The location is super convenient. It’s walking distance to the night markets and pub street and some great street food. We also took a tuk tuk to Angkor Wat and the ride wasn’t long. The only weird thing, we had 2 twin beds and one bed was nice and soft and the other was hard as a rock. I slept on the soft bed so I was fine lol.

This was a great choice for a hotel. I really liked it. However, it was frustrating to call the hotel—for an entire day—multiple times with no response. This means I had to pay for my own tuk tuk from the place my van arrived to the hotel. And, at the end of my stay, I had to pay for a tuk tuk to the airport. The person at the front desk said it wasn’t included. One of the selling points for this hotel was the free airport shuttle. It never happened. All of my other experiences were positive. The staff was kind. The property is nice. The location is perfect. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great Stay Second Time

Stayed here pre covid. Loved it. Under new owner now and loved it just the same. The secret is out…this hotel is a gem. Great location and great staff. Clean room, easy comfort level meaning good storage space for suitcases (a long bench), a small closet, ample shelving in bathroom for toiletries. Mini fridge, safe, water, coffee and tea. Comfortable bed although a tad on the firm/hard side. Good quality bedding (linen and pillows) and large towels. The hotel is doing a good job trying to be eco friendly by providing refillable water canteens in your room instead of plastic bottles. There’s a water bubbler in the lobby area. Only con to this is I question if it’s sanitary. I saw one guest put her personal water bottle right on/under the water dispensers tap and then she drank from her bottle and refilled it again. Once again inserting the tap into her bottle. I did not mention this to management but guess they’ll see it here. A sign should be on the bubble with instructions regarding hygiene and a towel on floor to soak up spills as guests should hold water bottle under tap and not cover the tap. But all in all a great visit with kind friendly staff that really are happy to have you there. Nice pool area, very serene. Floor is slippery. One lady fell. Go slow. Lots of mosquitos outside and enter room which I didn’t notice on our visit 3 yrs ago. Good ample breakfast for $5-$7. Wait staff very limited English, so if you have allergies…use google translate.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour de 4 nuis dans cet hôtel, il est très jolie, personnels souriants, des petites attentions, nous avons mangé plusieurs fois dans le restaurant et nous avons très bien mangé. Dommage que le personnel à l’accueil ne comprenne pas toujours bien l’anglais car deux fois nous avons eu un discours contradictoire.

Pues el emplazamiento, muy cerca de las zonas más animadas, pero tranquilo y sin ruidos. Y las zonas comunes, jardines y piscina. La habitación está bien pero sería más higiénico que la ducha estuviera separada del WC. El desayuno no es buffet y fue muy lento pero con buen café pero mal zumo

Hotel con excelente relación calidad / precio

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de Pub Street. Las habitaciones correctas y el servicio muy bueno. Ofrecen recogida gratuita con un tuk tuk en cualquier punto de la ciudad. Después contraté con el mismo conductor (Sam Art) el tour por Angkor wat. Si duda excelente hotel y muy buen precio para la calidad que ofrece.

本当にありがとう。

アンコールワット周辺を観光したくて、タイ旅行の間にカンボジア滞在を挟んだため、1泊だけでした。しかしこの1泊が素晴らしいものになりました。トゥクトゥクに乗ったのは初めてで楽しかったです。翌朝の日の出をアンコールワットで見るためのツアーをホテルに着いてから取ってくれて、アンコールワットやタプロームなど行きたい場所をトゥクトゥクで回ることが出来ました。空港の送迎は行き帰りどちらもして頂いて、本当に助かりました。ホテルに関して、シャワーとトイレが一緒にある事に驚いただけで、アメニティはしっかりしてるし、アンコールワットや空港へのアクセスがいい、ベッドは大きいし開放感のある部屋でした。間違いなく一生忘れない経験になったし、次カンボジアに行く時も是非利用させて欲しいです。カンボジアの人達はいい人ばっかりでした。
