Good central location a short walk to markets and pub street. Several restaurants closer. Quiet with nice gardens and pool. Staff helpful, particularly Kim who provided airport transfers and a full day visit to Angkor Wat

Ken was amazing from the start. Picked us up from the airport and gave us information about the area during the journey. Room was comfortable and clean with a comfy bed. Pool was amazing on the super hot days in Cambodia! Recommend the omelet for breakfast as it was delicious. Would stay here again.

4泊しましたが、テレビは備えられていましたが、テレビを見る事が出来ませんでした。その事を訴えましたが、どの部屋も見る事が出来ないとの返事でした。バスタブは有りましたが、お湯が出ませんでした。設備が古く、故障箇所を直す努力も全くしていないようです。宿泊費が安かったので、それだけが救いです。オーナーは、日本人のようですが、現地人に任せきりでは、いけませんね。

Tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, sehr schön und hatte sogar ein Moskitonetz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Hotelanlage war sehr ruhig und unglaublich idyllisch (besonders der Pool). Die Lage war hervorragend. Man konnte den Kern der Stadt perfekt zu Fuß erreichen und in der Umgebung befanden sich diverse schöne Restaurants.

We did not stay no pool. Very run down. Manager very nice said no staff and guest since covid..Not his fault. I m sure it was nice before covid. We did not check in or stay. We wanted a pool we left. Room was clean.

Friendly staff and quiet location near, but not too near pub street. Close to Wat Damnak. No TV or pool (not in service) but I really liked that it is a bit hidden and off the beaten path yet not too far from central Siem Reap.

ホテルの設備一覧表にセキュリティボックスが無いとあったが、実際は有りました。シャワーのお湯は豊富に出ました。部屋の広さはビジネスホテルの４～５倍もあり、贅沢な気持ちになりました。掃除が行き届いており衛生的にも問題ありませんでした。欲を言えば、テレビの日本語放送はＮＨＫ地上波のみでした。しかしテレビを見るニーズがなかったので問題ありませんでした。

Pleasant, off main streets, quiet sunny pool area

Lazing around the pool which was in a natural, sunny setting, was great. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with safety box, fridge and kettle. Also had a balcony seating area. The distance to town was 5 minutes by tuk tuk. The hotel had tuk tuks available. The management went out of their way to be helpful when we had a late evening departing flight.

A restful Resort

I spent 4 lovely nights at Cockatoo Nature Resort. I had a wonderful, spacious room, with air conditioning, a huge comfortable bed, a fridge and a safe for my valuables. THe washroom was very clean,with an excellent shower. As well, I had a wee balcony which I used early in the morning or later in the evening. The breakfast was well served, with eggs, baguette, fruit and coffee. Most times in my travels I tend to get up early and spend the day away from my hotel or room, only coming back to sleep, but at Cockatoo Nature Resort, I found the place so comfortable, the facilities excellent, the swimming pool nicely shaded with lots of hammocks and chairs. I ended up spending half my day or evening at Cockatoo and enjoyed the quiet and the birds.The staff were always courteous, helpful and cheerful. I chatted with several of the front desk staff,and they help me with any of my questions or concerns. I finished off my last night by having a delightful Cambodian massage. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cockatoo Nature Resort- terrific staff, very pleasant surroundings and wonderful room.

l'accueil à été de qualité, nous sommes arrivés vers 6h du matin et une chambre nous attendait. le personnel durant ces 3 jours à été charmant et très réceptif à nos demandes. chambres spacieuses, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner et repas copieux. l'hôtel est à 600m du centre ville. sur le trajet nombreux restaurants. nous recommandons cet hôtel qui est d'un excellent rapport qualité prix.

Relaxing, calm but close to everything

Sogenanntes Ferienhaus: sehr primitiv

Im Garten stehen mehrere kleine gemauerte Häuschen mit sehr einfacher Ausstattung. Das Bett ist in einer Mauernische, der Raum sehr finster mit einem Betonboden. Bunte Bettwäsche wie aus "Großmutterszeiten" . Toilette und Duschbereich sehr eng und einfachste Ausstattung, kaum Ablagefläche für das Reisegepäck. Zum bescheidenen Frühstück gibt es eine Schale Obstsalat, Kaffe, entweder Toast oder Baguette, ein Glas Saft z.B. ist aufpreispflichtig. Das Hotel war selbst für den Taxifahrer vom Flughafen sehr schwer zu finden. Man könnte auch ein preiswerteres Tuktuk nehmen.

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge. Det ligger lite avsides på en bakgata, men med bara några minuters promenad till Central market och Pub street. Personalen är fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam. Mysig hotellträdgård. Poolen är ganska liten, men det går att simma i de. Frukosten var enkel fast väldigt fin. Totalt sett ett bra hotell som vi gärna skulle återkomma till.

처음엔 한적한 골목길 안으로 들어가 거부감이 들기도 했습니다. 하지만, 지내다보니 아담한 객실은 편안했고, 중심가에서 적당한 거리를 두고 있어 조용하고, 안락한 여유를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 직원들이 매우 친절하며, 여러가지 투어를 합리적인 가격에 즐길 수 있도록 안내해주어 묵는 내내 감사함을 느끼며 머무를 수 있었습니다.

Peaceful resort

The Cockatoo is surprisingly close to restaurants, cafes, stores and amazing street food. But once you are at the resort all is very calm and quiet. It's an amazing escape.

Great Service, Beautiful Environment, Best Value!

Truly enjoyed my stay - no doubt the best hotel I've stayed at in siem reap. I ended up staying 3 extra nights. I loved the garden setting - you forget where you are it's really magical and calming. The service is impressive - staff always awake to greet you even when you arrive late sometimes. The cleaning ladies cleaned the room everyday and it was spotless every time with fresh towels. I really think the hotel is the best value in siem reap - basically you can stay at a resort for closer to guesthouse prices so if you are trying to find a good deal this should be where you stay. Lastly pool was awesome as well. Thank you again Cockatoo for your hospitality!
