I was a bit skeptical about the glamping facilities, but loved it once there! I loved the refreshing, private pool (wish there was a lounge chair, however). The room wa perfect and enjoyed the little things, like the bowl of fruit, cookies at night, robe, slippers, even ear plugs!! There restaurant was great and we enjoyed the 3 for 1 happy hour! Breakfast was perfect for us. Transportation to and from the airport was so convenient as well as the easy to get tuc-tuc service to Angkor Wat waiting on the property. Overall a wonderful experience. I wish I had scheduled another day to partake in the spa services there!

this is one of the best places I've stayed, period. The public areas, the pool, the restaurant, the service, the attention, all was 5 star. The room, if you like more of an adventure type, was fantastic ... but there are other room types if you like more of a traditional type of accommodations. The location is a bit weird but there is no problems because it is well served by taxis and tuk-tuks ... in this regard, you can get great tuk-tuk people for very reasonable price to take you wherever you want to go. we loved the outstanding breakfast and food served ... and, again, the pool, spa, and the people that served us. We highly recommend this place.

Good location close to Angkor Wat and other tourist attractions. Private and quiet property. Staff are attentive and very warm and welcoming. Shout out to Front office staff. Excellent service from F&B staff particularly Uy, who was superb in making our anniversary and birthday celebrations memorable. He is ever accommodating and gave us an outstanding service. Overall, an amazing place to stay.

The Templation is, undoubtedly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, the staff paid attention to every detail that made our stay absolute perfection. Outstanding atmosphere. Outstanding staff. Luxurious surroundings. Excellent spa treatment. Comfortable beds. Fantastic poolside restaurant and bar! Adorable rabbits roaming the expertly maintained and manicured property. We could not have expected a better week at Templation. (It was truly hard to leave.) Absolutely LOVE this place and look forward to our next visit. 10/10!

A fantastic place to launch your adventures to see the temples and floating villages. About 1hr from the airport. Templation was always clean and meals by the big pool were fantastic.our room also had a private pool, but we prefered the lager one as it was warmer. I would definitely recomend this location. Rent a tuktuk to get around siem reap.

My second time at the hotel. Still amazing. Perfect if you plan to visit the temples by bicycle (you can rent good bikes and scooters on Benoit St, 5 min walk away). Both the Spa and the restaurant are great.

We stayed at Templation in January 2023 We were taken back by the beautiful architecture and amazing service. It is close to Angkor Watt, the amenities are amazing, the resort is beautiful. We stayed in the two bedroom villa. The food was incredible. Our experience from check in to checkout was great. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping, to restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Special note for Uy, he provided the best service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Templation is a wonderful hotel if you want a bit of peace and quiet outside of the bustling downtown Siem reap. It's a short tuktuk ride into downtown and close to the Angkor Wat temple complex. Breakfast was also delicious. The pools are unheated but pleasant.

Positive - private pool in villa - beautiful grounds and main swimming pool - good a la carte food - bunnies roaming the garden - lovely staff - small but usable gym - free drinking water provided Negative - right next to a school or temple that sometimes is quite noisy - a bit further out from the city (if that bothers you, we found it ok) - breakfast: would prefer a buffet, more variety and eggs to order

We had an amazing stay here as a family of 5 (teens) and another family. It was an excellent stay and we would definitely come back: good food, spa, massive pool, few minutes by Tuk Tuk to center of town and temples!!! Wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in a Jungloo. Very interesting glaming tent room, very well designed. So comfortable with its own private pool. We went skinny dipping! Such a nice place. It was my birthday and the staff noticed from my passport and surprised me with a birthday cake and song. I really had a happy birthday. But even if it's not your birthday this place is an excellent place to stay in Siem Reap.

Perfect stay for Angkor Eat
Delightful boutique hotel in quiet location. Separate building for each room in a lushes garden style, very modern setting. Best swimming pool we had seen in any hotel - large, clean and luxurious. Will stay again if are back in Siem Reap. Staff is very friendly and responsive to all questions and requests.

Very nice property outside of town and closer to the temple zone. We liked this for the tranquility, and it cut 10 minutes off the trip to the temples, but it’s a tuk-tuk ride to any restaurants. We ate lunch twice in the property, both times were excellent. The management was super helpful, although the regular staff seemed to have some difficulty resolving our issues, which was with inconsistent hot water and non-functioning air conditioning, both of which should not be an issue in this class a hotel, and therefore our slight downgrade in the review.

Stunning hotel and grounds, fully lived up to the website. Luxury service all round including packed breakfast for the sunrise Angkor Wat visits. Pool area is amazing plenty of room for lap swimming and lounging. Only negatives would be 10pm close for restaurant/bar which might be an issue for some and a funky smell in the spa room during massage.

3 star resort
I wouldn’t call it a 5 star resort, the design is nice and looks neat from the outside. The staff are arrogant and unfriendly a bit disorganized and messy. I went back to stay at the moon boutique hotel, which is not a 5 star but excellent customer service and helpful staff. The food was better at the moon residence, attentive and smiley staff.

All feedback is constructive and we certainly appreciate your balanced critique of your stay. At the outset please accept our apologies that your stay at the resort did not lift up to your entire satisfaction; though we are somewhat perplexed by two of your comments and allow me to address each of them. After reading your comment regarding the staff being arrogant, I gathered the Front office teams to find out if there is an incident happening to you and your partner that triggered such reaction from your end. I also took time to investigate with the Food and Beverage teams as well as the Room Attendants. The finding is rather surprising as the staffs mentioned that any attempts to greet and to smile to you, it was never acknowledged or you simply ignored them. Mrs. Tam, being Asian myself, I had to admit that the Khmer has the genuine sense of hospitality. They are friendly and courteous. Being arrogant is not in their DNA. Your comment on this simply contradicts majority of other guest’s comments about our staffs who are known to be friendly, courteous and respectful. As for the food, I noticed that apart from breakfast, there is no other meal ever consumed at the resort. Taste is rather subjective and I would appreciate if you could elaborate more details. We take an extreme care to ensure that guests satisfy with the quality and presentation of the dishes served. Our efforts work well so far and you witnessed yourself that our restaurants were extremely busy for lunch and dinner when you were here. One of My Favorite Hotels Ever
This is the second time I have stayed at Templation, and I love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is outstanding and the atmosphere is relaxing and stylish. If you are up for the splurge, the pool suites with your own pool are fantastic. Also, the Bodia spa is the BEST spa I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few!

An oasis in a otherwise busy and dusty city. Beautiful contemporary design and large rooms. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a bit outside town but there is always a couple of tuktuks outside that are easy to use. Great huge pool too!
