We really enjoyed staying here! The staff of the hotel and the restaurant were incredibly kind and attentive. Everyone including the general manager greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. They made our stay so great, including Sunny who drove us around the small circuit. I highly recommend connecting with him and staying here if you’re traveling to Siem Reap. We would stay here again!

We were there a few days before New Years Eve so the town was busy and not sure if this was normal. But the street noise was pretty loud until 2am. Trade off for location close to vendors and restaurants. Overall clean and comfy beds. Would stay again.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and we loved the balcony. The location is great. It is just around the corner from Pub Street so lots of dining and shopping options.

Very lousy during at night. Heard sound very loud when someone close the door or move the heavy chair... They didn't show us the price when we use they drink in the fridge (water-softdrink)... they charge us 3$ US for each bottle of water!!! crazy!!! Never return to this low and hidden hotel! About their breakfast very basic stuff, went there once for free and I better off taking breakfast outside very good and cheap.

Hotel não forneceu o café da manhã contratado e prometido na reserva, com a desculpa de que fechou o restaurante e não serve mais café. Não forneceu alternativa ao problema. Ficamos sem o café da manhã que foi pago. O valor não foi devolvido. A região do hotel é extremamente barulhenta. Há uma danceteria com música alta até de madrugada na frente do hotel. Foi impossível dormir uma das noites.

Great hotel with ideal location

I was at Siem Reap City Angkor Boutique for 5 nights with my boy. Jacky the manager came personally to pick us up at the airport and even arranged for a free room upgrade. The location of the hotel is perfect being one street away from Pub Street and within 5 minutes from at least three different night markets, not to mention all the wonderful restaurants nearby. The hotel is only about a month new and still not very well known, given the excellent service and ideal location, I would expect difficulty in booking this hotel in future.
