We arrived at the hotel to be told they had no rooms for us. We had been travelling all day from Bangkok and it was new years eve. Char, our tuk tuk driver, drove us around until we found 2 rooms in the D'Angkor Prince hotel. We contacted Hotels.com who sorted us that accommodation for one night and a further 2 night's at the Mekong Angkor Palace. The staff at the Sakura weren't bothered about us in fact they laughed and said it had happened to someone else earlier that day. We had booked based on good reviews but wouldn't recommend based on their attitude

安くて、清潔。スタッフの愛想もとても良い。

カンボジアの(ホステルではなく)ホテルの中では格安の部類だと思います。 スタッフは気さくで、手作りの朝ごはんも必要十分の量とクオリティといったところです。街の繁華街へのアクセスは、歩いて5-6分といったところです。マッサージは、安いのがホテルの向かいにあります。 部屋ですが、シャワーの水圧がやや物足りないですが、ベットは広くて掃除も行き届いており快適でした。 またカンボジア行く際は、必ず利用するつもりです。

家族経営と思われるミニホテル

古いけど小綺麗なかんじでした。家族経営らしいのですが、スタッフはみんな優しく丁寧な対応。 唯一残念だったのはホットシャワーが使えなかったことですかね。スタッフにお願いすると、「他の部屋のシャワーを使わせてあげます。」と言われ、他の部屋のシャワーを調べ始める。がしかし、ほとんどの部屋のホットシャワーが使えず、最後に案内された部屋は使えたそう。しかし、「どうですか？ホットですよね？」とシャワーの温度を確認させられると、さっきと温度があまり変わらない水が…「水とあまり変わらないんだけど」と伝えると「そうですか？ぼくはあったかいと思うのですが」と言われたので、しぶしぶその部屋のシャワーを使うことに。 基本気温は高いので、あっついシャワーで無くとも良いのですが、雨で濡れた日などはあったかいシャワーが浴びたいですね。残りの日は面倒なので、泣く泣く水シャワーで我慢しました。

ナイトマーケットに近くスタッフが親切！！

オーナーが親切で自転車を無料で貸してくれました。おかげでナイトマーケットやアンコールマーケット、周りを見るのにとても助かりました。排水溝の毛が落ちてたのが気になりましたが、それ以外は綺麗です。

男性一人旅向きのゲストハウスです。

部屋に窓が無く、ちょっと息苦しさを感じます。ただし立地は大変良く、昼間から夜まで遊ぶ方には良いでしょう。

暖かなサクラビレッジ

とにかくスタッフさんの対応がとても親切！ 4泊したのですが、毎日部屋の掃除をしてくれましたし、無料の飲料水とタオルも補充してくれました。 朝食もでますし、観光について色々とアドバイスもしてもらえました。 強いて悪い点をあげるとしたら、シャワーが冷水しか出ないことでしょうか。

立地は良い。シャワーがさび臭い。

立地は良いです。オールドマーケットまでも徒歩圏内です。スタッフはフレンドリーです。ただ部屋は清潔とは言えません。シャワーはさび臭く茶色い水が出ました。

Nice room, bad service

This place was weird. First of all you walk in and for some reason there are tons of chairs surrounding giant tables that fill the whole room, and glass cases crammed full of random objects. It's very odd. Not welcoming. My room was very nice, I feel that for the money it was very good. However, the service was not good. The first day I booked a tuk tuk driver they recommended. He suggested we go to some further out temples since it was Khmer New Year and Angkor Wat was packed. No problem. Then i tried to have them call him a couple days later, and no answer, so the woman said she would maybe call someone else. I came back down to check and she was gone for the day. So i asked the guy working and he spoke zero English so I decided to call the driver myself. He still wouldn't agree to go to Angkor Wat, saying it was closed still (absolutely not true) and when I kept trying to ask he eventually said "I'm busy tomorrow, bye" and hung up. So basically if you DO stay here, don't use their driver (Rouen). I just walked to another guest house around the corner and they set me up with a friendly and helpful guy. I think overall I was also disappointed that the hotel advertises things in English but then when you try to book them in English it all goes out the window. If you don't speak it, fine, but don't pretend like you do to lure customers.

オールドマーケットにも近い清潔で便利なホテル

2013年12月末に二泊しました。フロントのスタッフさんも丁寧親切で、安心して泊まることができました。部屋は清潔で、さっぱりしています。シャワーも嬉しい温水・バスタブ付です。ドライヤーもありました。ゲストハウスという名前がついていますが、朝食も込みでホテルとさほど変わらないと思います。またコンビニやオールドマーケットにも程近く、買い物や食事にも便利な立地でした。レンタサイクルが日本製（どこかの中学の通学許可証が貼ったままでした笑）だったのが面白かったです。ぜひ訪れてみて下さい☆

この値段ならすごくいい！

ホテルスタッフは皆、控えめで親切、掃除もこの値段のホテルのわりには行き届いていてとても快適でした。 朝食付き(簡単なオムレツ、フランスパン、コーヒーor紅茶)、ドライヤーあり、シーツも毎日交換されていました。 アメニティーは一応、歯ブラシセットとクシ、石けん、バスタオルがありましたが、質はカンボジアクオリティーなので、気になる人は持って行った方が良いと思います。 お風呂は洗面台とトイレとバスタブが同じスペースにあるタイプで、バスタブは少々排水が悪いですが、カンボジアでいう普通だと思います。 電球が切れているところがあったり、部屋に窓がなかったりで部屋は少々暗めでしたがロビーは明るくて快適。 夜はホテル前の道が少し暗いですが、危険は感じませんでした。 この値段でこのクオリティーならとてもよいと思います。
