ホテル前に着いた時には壁に微かにホテル名のロゴが残るボロボロの壁がシートで覆われている状態でした。 存在しないホテルを載せているなど言語道断です。

Super nice and cozy hotel with good location. There is a big pool surrounded by tropical plants. It was great to relax in the pool after hard climbing in Angkor. Staff is extremely welcoming. Siem Reap is very safe and I wish to come back soon.

A recommander, bon rapport qualité prix

Petit hôtel en centre ville, mais dans une ruelle au calme. piscine suffisamment grande pour un centre ville et très propre, appréciable après les visites. Chambres confortables. Celles au rez de chaussée n'ont pas de vue, juste sur un mur à 1m, pas grave au moins il n'y a pas de bruit. la direction fait poser tous les soirs des serpentins allumés devant les portes pour éloigner les insectes, très bonne initiative. Petit déjeuner un peu succinct et servi. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Notre vol de départ ayant été annulé au dernier moment, ils ont téléphoné pour nous à l'hôtel suivant pour décaler et ont cherché une solution.

Everything about this place just likes how everyone else feels. great room, comfortable bed with a very nice view in the morning to catch some cool fresh air. Best food. No second thought, will be back again next time!

The bed was firm but okay and the TV was not working the door at exiting to the pool not in good condition and the floor underneath it was damaged.... Staff was okay. However we did not appreciate the maid knocking on our door room cleaning when we were asleep 9:30 in the morning.. Price we booked it for was about $26 including taxes that was an okay value however we wanted to expand the one night and they prices as $40 absolutely not worth it

パプストリートやナイトマーケットから徒歩圏内です。中道にあるので、夜の女性一人歩きは怖いと思います。朝食は数種類の中から４種類選べて、私は丁度良い量で、美味しかったです！ホテルの壁にヤモリがいるので怖かったですが、部屋にはいませんでした。プールには入りませんでしたが、まぁまぁキレイな感じです。帰りは空いている部屋があればシャワーを浴びさせてもらうことが出来、帰りのホテルから空港までは５ドルを払えばトゥクトゥクで送ってもらえます！

Mycket trevligt liitet hotell på en oansenlig bakgata men ändå nära kvällsaktiviteter och restauranger.Mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Den tystaste air condition jag upplevt! Trevlig liten pool. Frukosten ok. med fria olika val men kunde kaske varit lite mer omfattande för kostnaden. Hotellet rekommenderas varmt!

Bra värde för pengarna och bra läge, nära till allt men ett ganska lugnt läge. Trevlig personal och fin pool. Hotellet ligger på en smal grusväg in från huvudgatan så det hade varit bra med lite gatubelysning...

Hotel offer free pick up just we inform some information in advance to hotel, hotel also have service tour to temple and cheap price than agency tour. We did already only 15usd, the room was so nice and the bed will decorate with your name on it...pool is warm, location is okay too... Just a walk from the night market, restaurant are near too. I enjoyed my stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel ,:)

It was all about making every guest happy to stay there. Absolute welcoming and accommodating from checking in until checking out and even sent us a sweet email after we leave. And showed how much they are happy to have us staying in their hotel. We had 2 good days at Rose Royal Suite. as expected, the hotel treated us so well, and the front desk provide lot of tour information. we had breakfast outside. only had lunch here, but that was good and well made with fresh meat and fresh veggie. The head, shoulder, back massage I got was very good price. All in all a great stay

First impressions are important, and the first ones I got were terrible. First, my check in was “expedited” due to the ongoing virus outbreak, leaving the front desk to miss out even giving me the wifi password. Second, one of the 2 beds had a lot of dead bugs in it. Fortunately, traveling solo meant I never needed to walk to that side of the room. Third, the shower head was spewing water from the top of the shower rather than though the head that it was supposed to. Finally, breakfast the next day took near 30 mins to get to me, despite there being no one else around. Yes, the room was comfortable enough, but for its price and status as a 4 star hotel, I expected much much more.

Location right outside the hotel, across the road is Asia Supermakert and many great cheap cafes to eat. I was out for sunrise tour at 4am and serveral cafes were already open. Great room big room and super clean everyday, fresh towel,fluffy clean pillows, no problemwith mosquitoes because we used the ceiling fan in the room. Quite room can't hear the neighbours.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is awesome. It met my expectation: the room was huge, fully equipped accessory and bathroom was so really clean. Breakfast was excellent, as well as all the other services (swimming pool, pool bar, and spa). Airport transfer is free of charge. They also provide a private tour by Tuk-tuk or car to Angkor or any popular destinations in Siem Reap. Also, advance booking of bus tickets. Never forget, Staff was professional and helpful. we had only one night here, would like to stay here more next time. See you soon! We liked everything this hotel provided us. Nothing to complain. I just want to see they keep this up. So next time I come here again I will be enjoyed as I did recently. And for other guests' experiences as well.
