Staff were super helpful. They recommended different activities and booked transport that was reasonably priced. The penthouse was coean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to the old market and night market. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Given the price point of this hotel, I couldn’t fault it. The staff were very welcoming and extremely obliging. Spotlessly clean room with plenty of space. Well located and in a reasonably quiet location. Nice pool area.

We had an excellent stay at Phka Chan Hotel. The service was always excellent & everyone worked very hard to make sure we were comfortable & well cared for. It was very hot & we appreciated being met immediately & given cold cloths after being out & about. We enjoyed the pool & the breakfasts were very good too.

Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. Superb staff. A beautiful pool. Massage treatment was excellent. Close to many things you would need, though the neighbourhood is more geared to budget/hostel travellers. The up-market district is a fifteen-minute.

All round comfortable hotel with great service.

The Phka Chan Hotel is in a quiet area just off Sok San Road and only a safe 5 minute walk from the Pub Street area. I was upgraded to a suite which was excellent and very roomy. It had a large shower area along with a free standing bath in a very large bathroom. The breakfast choice was varied but even so the Hotel manager asked if there was anything I wanted to be added to the menu to make my stay more pleasurable. I made use of the hotel’s spa and found the authentic Swedish massage refreshing. BUT above the hotel made me feel very comfortable from check in to check out. The hotel manager and all her staff are super friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and all their guests. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

Our room was very nice and the pool was beautiful but most importantly the staff went out of their way to help me. I forgot a book that I was really looking forward to reading on my two week trip in Cambodia and they shipped it to the next hotel I will be staying at free of charge.

The staff and management of Phka Chan hotel made our stay very memorable and were so accomodating to our early arrival and late checkout. On top of that their service is absolutely fantastic and we would give them more than 5 stars if possible. The location is very convenient to the town and the amenities modern and clean. We would love to stay here again if we are back in Siem Reap! Thank you for your great hospitality Phka Chan!!

I really loved this hotel, but can only give 4 stars. Here's why: Super friendly, amazing, helpful staff. Best I've encountered with delicious amazing breakfast and cute resident pets. The staff went over and above, even made me a to go breakfast box for my sunrise wat tour. Good facilities, welcome drink, calm and peaceful - a bit further out of the bustle, which was nice but also you're a little a ways from the action. Rooms were spacious, decorated beautifully, and good coffee. However, the beds are HARD. I prefer hard mattresses, but this was like sleeping on concrete. The ac did not get cool enough for me (sorry perimenopause, so need at least cool) but the room barely got cooler than 25 degrees. Also, my room was in front of the pool, so it was very loud. You can hear everything, especially screaming kids. However staff A++

Poolen ikke rengjort tilstrækkeligt, vi troede vi skulle have et par dage med afslapning, men er glad for at vi ikke havde booket flere end 3 nætter. Morgenmaden var uspændende og fyldt med fluer, som personalet forsøgte at holde på afstand med forskellige metoder. Intet sted var kølet med aircon udover værelset, så man skulle bede om at få træningsrummet kølet ned. Sengen var ekstremt hård og ukomfortabel. Der var kakerlakker på værelset. Der var konstruktionsarbejde på grunden ved siden af som vækkede os om morgenen, meget højlydt. Sengetøj og håndklæder var rent og pænt, personalet forsøgte at skabe en god stemning og der var alle de ting, der stod i teksten, bare ikke den luksus vi havde håbet på.

Très bel hôtel + super personnel

Séjour de 4 nuits très bien. L’hôtel est très beau et très propre. La piscine est très agréable après une journée de visite aux temples. Mention spéciale au personnel qui est vraiment aux petits soins et très prévenant (serviette humide tous les jours quand on rentre à l’hôtel, spray anti moustique sur le corps lorsque l’on sort le soir…) Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec une carte et beaucoup de choix, ainsi que de délicieux jus de fruits frais. Très bonne localisation qui permet de se rendre au night market à pieds. Je recommande +++
