Initially did not understand why the rating could be so good since it's not within Pub Street. However, it is still walking distance to Pub Street just it will be quite dark if you walk back during night time. But no worry! Grab is super cheap in Siem Reap and you can always go back with Grab. With such worthy and cheap stay, definitely worth for it! the room and toilet is super big, it's far beyond my expectations! If you prefer to more quite location from Pub Street. This definitely good choice for you! Will come back again if I come back to Siem Reap.

Generally excellent and very good value hotel in a great area - 10 minutes walk from the centre o town, and there's lots of nice cafes, bars and restaurants even closer. Noise from some minor building work on the final day was a bit disturbing, but was probable a one-off. Would definitely go back.

The staff were genuinely interested in looking after us, eg always cold water provided when we'd been out in the heat. The room was tidy, and had everything we needed. The hotel is only a short walk from the main street, and if you don't want to walk, there is always a tuk tuk available. The only disappointing thing was that due to the power setup in the room, the refrigerator turned off with the rest of the power each time we left the room. This made it hard to keep food fresh in the heat.

Right in the middle of town, quiet at night but walking distance to everything you could need (markets, restaurants, ATM, pharmacy). Very convenient pick up for all local attractions by either car or tuktuk. The owners are fantastic and will help with all your questions. Bottled water provided at no extra charge. Immaculate common areas and rooms with beautiful balcony views and A/C. So much better than a large hotel because it is more personal and allows you to feel connected to the city and people around you. Perfect for anyone looking for quiet comfort with a real, in country experience.

Absolutely Excellent

Absolutely excellent. Don and his entire staff were professional, friendly, accommodating and an invaluable resource to the local sights and scenes. From organizing airport pickup to transportation to and from Angkor, it was all a smooth and helpful process. We really have nothing but great things to say and would absolutely stay here again. Super clean rooms and bathrooms. Wish we could have stayed longer. If you are traveling to Siem Reap we would recommend only Oriental Siem Reap.

Great value for the money.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is excellent and is a short walk to Pub street. Van is an exceptional host, she arranged Tuk Tuk drivers for 2 days for me at Angkor Wat along with my bus to Phonm Penn. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

American size rooms, good layout & quiet location

My room was massive with two double beds, I only used one obviously! Nice architecture with brilliant, trippy bathroom floor tiles. While air con was needed, it was rather noisy & meant for a disruptive sleep. Had to turn on/,off repeatedly. Dom was welcoming though lacked patience with some matters. Nice French themed cafe serving quality coffee, baguettes& pastries nearby & I dined @Artillery Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant in the area.

Don and Van are excellent hosts! Very helpful, knowledgable and they both speak excellent english. They took excellent care of us and met our every need. I cannot say enough about how great it was to stay at their hotel. Not only was the hospitality top notch but the place is beautiful, clean, luxurious, quiet and comfortable!! Plus, it is surrounded by excellent reataurants.... my wife is vegan and gluten free. We were able to eat at 4 different reataurants that catered specifically to her diet and the food was amazing. Artillery was my favorite. Look no further and book a room here!

Would stay again without hesitation!

My fiance and I really loved staying here. It's in a great location and the rooms are simple but clean. It is run by a lovely couple, Van and Don, who really make you feel like family and I can't say enough good things about them. They go above and beyond to help you with pretty much everything you need. I'm sure there are many good choices for lodging in Siem Reap, but if you're trying to choose between several, Van and Don really set this place apart.

Ótimo hotel, boa localização, recepção excelente, principalmente pela Van Anh Nguyen que nos aguardava dos retornos dos passeios com garrafas de água gelada. 素敵な「おもてなし」

立地もよく清潔感もある素敵なプチホテルでした。何よりもオーナーの心遣いが素晴らしかった。フロントに置いてあるベルを鳴らすといつでも出てきてくれて丁寧に対応をしてくれます。何も言わなくても出発前に水のボトルを持ってきてくれたり、チェックアウトしたあと外出して帰って来たときに「シャワーをどうぞ」とタオルを貸してくれたり、ソファーに座っているとさっと扇風機をこちらに向けてくれたり･･･と海外でこんなに素晴らしい心遣いのできるホテルに泊まったことはありませんでした。次回も必ずお世話になりたいと思います。

Nice hotel close to the center of Siem Reap

More of a guesthouse really, rather than a hotel. Excellent value. Clean and comfortable rooms, and a 5 minute walk into the center of town. The proprietor is extremely friendly and helpful in arranging tours and transport.

Absolutely love this place: cozy, quite, but close to everything. Great hosts, tidy big rooms, good for short and long stays. Lovely terraces for seeing sunsets (and sunrises, if you have a mood for it). Mini kitchens on each floor. Apsara Theatre restaurant is next door. Definitely stay again if happen to be in Siem Reap. The only caution: no elevator, but there are 4 floors.
