Perfect location

Great little hotel the rooms were small but nicely set up. The staff was wonderful very friendly close to everything but just far enough from pub Street are you not to hear it. So close to everything absolutely perfect location and the restaurant downstairs is great and the one across the street as well pot and pan run by a local family.

This hotel was perfect. It was close to the pub street and night market where the were a plethora of options for dinner, drinks, and shopping. It was far enough away that I never heard any noise. The rooms were comfortable. The A/C was great. The shower had great water pressure and warm water. I would definitely stay here again.

I got the room at a good discount and it was good value for a very reasonable rate. Liked: staff, location, rate, air conditioning and electronic safe in room, reliable airport pickup. Did not like: no chair, no place to set suitcase for opening.

I know it was Songkran but massive parties right outside our room. 30 to 40 people screaming until 4.0am in the morning every night and kids screaming in the pool from 5.0am made it impossible to get any sleep. Staff seemed unable or unwilling to stop it. Management needs to take a good look at this and put signs up with rules like pool hours 8.00am until 10pm and it needs to be enforced. Receptionist Ryia, cook Small and the lads that work there are really good and did everything they could for us but without backing from management can’t really do very much. Not sure if we would go back again and we’ve been several times and have booked in lots of family members. Management (if there is any) need to address some issues.

The staff are wonderful especially Riah the receptionist and Small that looks after restaurant but all the staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the driver that picked us up from airport, first he had wrong name on his board so it took a while to find him. Then he was constantly and dangerously on his phone while driving. Then to top it all off he took us down some backstreets to put us in a different car and driver, walking around in mud swapping luggage etc. then the hotel got him to drive us back to airport when we checked out. Not happy about that. Hotel not 5 star but good and very good location with the best staff, couldn’t fault the service. We will be back in January 25

Great location (1 block to markets and pub street) great staff- called us by name and good English. Pool was welcome after all day tours! Only down side was hard bed.

Worth the price

Great room great location. Less than a 5 minute walk to pub street but gar enough away that the hotel is quiet. It is about $1.50 USD tuk tuk to Ankor Wat.

The hotel was very convenient and easy to travel from. My tour guides, especially my driver Mr. Sean, were very good. I found the staff to be super friendly. The only problem I had, which was minor, was that the food choices in the morning were very, very limited. (No granola or smoothies!!!)

Decent, with a good location

Location is a short walk to "pub street", with lots of other bars and restaurants around the neighborhood. Staff was friendly, and spoke good English. Room was reasonably clean, but not perfect. Room was small.... But it was cheap, so can't complain.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, everything is new. They are very flexible...they let us have our room at around 7AM when our night bus arrived so that was very cool; they also let us check out late with a payment but was well worth it. Rooms are small but I would add some furniture or at least a chair to have a place to put your pants or stuff. Also i would secure the safe box, which is not screwed to anything in the room so someone can just take the whole box away. Would stay here again gladly

This hotel is close to Pub Street , the loud music all night long was a problem for me . I didn’t sleep from the noise of the music and barking dogs. I was put on the the third floor and the steps where a challenge to get up and down from my room. I was booked for two days but checked out before the end of my stay. Very friendly staff.

Staff were amazing and very friendly! Location is great. Less than 5 minutes to Pub Street by walking But it is a quiet location. Free airport pick up. That same driver can take you around on tours if needed. Seems like a reasonable price without the hassle. Room is smaller than expected but good enough. AC gets the room cool quickly. Bed was ok. Bathroom was ok. Small shower space. Has a small fridge. Has a safe. Room was clean enough. Nice looking swimming pool, but we didn’t have time to use it.

ナイトマーケット、パブストリートのすぐ近く 徒歩３分程で立地は最高でした。 ホテルに関しては、清潔感はありますがテレビは 置いていますが利用は出来ないみたいです。 シャワーの水圧は弱いです。シャンプー石鹸は 自身で準備した方が良いです。それ以外は 不自由は感じませんでした。 スタッフの方はいつも笑顔で誠実でとても親切 でした。

pubstreetまでも非常に近く、部屋も清潔感もあって非常に良かったです。3人で各部屋に泊まりましたか、なぜかTVはついているの、にリモコンが無く、全部屋TVは使えないと言われました
