Loved it so much didn’t want to leave

From the moment we arrived we were so happy to be staying at this hotel. First of all, the staff go above and beyond in their friendliness and service. Staff are always smiling and provide quick answers. The hotel also offers a free return tuktuk service once a day which we found very useful. Walking through the lobby to the room area you feel like walking into your own lush tropical garden with a pool in the center. Very private, serene, and a perfect place to relax. Rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, however one issue is that the lights are quite dim. Not a problem during the day with the windows open but at night it’s a bit hard to see. Breakfast was filling with a various selection of Western or Asian. Overall, cannot recommend this hotel enough, especially for what you get for the value.

Amazing service

This hotel is a little out of the way bit so worth staying at. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean and the free tuktuk service handles the problem of getting to and from the hotel nicely. It was great having the little cellphone to call reception to pick you up as you didnt have to find a tuktuk and haggle the price etc. I can't wait to stay there again.

静かで食事も美味しくスタッフの対応が最高

食事は値段も手ごろでとても美味しかったです。 部屋もとても広くきれいでゆっくりできました。 シャワーが一定の時間がたつとぬるくなるのが困りました。 ホテルスタッフの対応も言葉はわかりませんが、気持ちが伝わりました。 ホテルへ向かう際最後の道が舗装されて無いのが大変です（ツクツクの場合）が このホテルを選んで大変良かったです。

泊まってよかった！

とてもいいホテルでした！ アンコールワットや街からは少し距離があり現地で知り合った人からは散々文句を言われましたが、空港からは無料のトゥクトゥク送迎がありましたし、街への移動も頼めばチップなしで送っていただけたので特に問題はありませんでした。 ただここで皆さんが仰っているように、大通りから入った道がものすごくデコボコしていてトゥクトゥクでも車でも左右に大きく揺られました。これはこれで楽しめると思いますが（笑） 部屋は清潔感があって居心地が良かったです。3泊しましたが毎回新しい水が用意されていましたし部屋も綺麗に整頓されていました。スリッパという名のビーサン、バスローブ的なもの、タオル、ドライヤーなども常備されていてよかった！ 朝食も多すぎず少なすぎずといった感じです。朝からガッツリ食べる男性には物足りないかもしれません。 そしてなにより従業員の方が素敵！常に笑顔で丁寧な対応、日本のようなおもてなしの心があって安心して宿泊することができました。

Great experience!

Wonderfully designed hotel with big, spacious rooms and a swimming pool set in a luscious tropical garden. The hotel staff gave 100% and we were able to relax perfectly after visiting the temples or city area. Quiet boutique hotel with a modern edge

Tucked away down a dusty lane off the main street in Siem Reap, The Bunwin is a gem. Enormous rooms open off a swimming pool set in a delightfully designed tropical garden. The main building has the lobby and bar at ground level and restaurant above overlooking the pool. The individual rooms have spartan concrete walls and floor, with a spa bath in the room (sounds odd but it works). Each with separate bathroom with shower and toilet. While it is located away from the central tourist area, the Bunwin gives their guests a mobile phone which you can use to call their tuk-tuk driver to come and collect you from wherever you are, or arrange a collection time. So you have the advantage of accessibility and quietness

Wonderful boutique hotel

We spent 5 days at the Bunwin boutique hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The young staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool and garden were quiet and we looked forward to returning for a swim in the pool after a hot day touring the ruins. Our room was palatial, clean and with a comfortable king size bed. The breakfasts were great as was the one dinner we ate there. It is a little out of town, which we liked. And we did not ever feel inconvenienced as the free tuk tuk rides to and from our destinations were always available in a timely fashion.

Nice hotel in the wrong location

We felt that the hotel itself was very nice but far from town in undeveloped area, dirt road and nothing around. There is a free Tuktuk ride to town but only till 10:30PM, so if you decide to stay in town longer you'll have to get your own ride but the drivers don't know where the hotel is and you will need to show them the way

Perfect little hideaway

I really enjoyed my stay at the Bunwin. The rooms are really nice. I loved the layout, they were kind of set up in a very contemporary style. I didn't expect such a beautiful bathroom. Excellent layout, the staff were so kind. The breakfast was only OK.

静かないいホテルです

周りには何もないし、たどり着くには未舗装の細い小道を行く必要もある。メインストリートにも夜は歩いていけないほど暗い。周りには何もない代わりに、間違っても団体客はこないであろう静かさがとてもいい。また、繁華街へも空港へも無料で送迎してくれる（携帯電話も貸してくれる）事はたいへんうれしい。ツアーも受付可能で、私たちは最終日にタプローム経由で空港まで送ってくれました（有料）。その際、ドライバーが30分遅刻しましたが、その間、無料のココナッツジュースを出してくれるなどもてなしを感じました。

Ruhige saubere und freundliche Oase.

Sehr schöne kleine Anlage die etwas Abseits von der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt und daher sehr ruhig ist. Ein kostenloser Shuttleservice vom und zum Flughafen, sowie zur Pub Street oder zum Markt runden das Angebot ab. Sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Service. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber lecker. Insgesamt tolle kleine Oase.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Bunwin s'est très bien passé, le staff est extrêmement serviable et est au petit soin pour ses clients. Il est situé un peu à l'écart de la rue principale et l'ambiance y est vraiment paisible. Par ailleurs l'hôtel propose un service gratuit de tuk-tuk pour vous emmener et vous rechercher au centre ville (avec l'aide d'un téléphone portable que l'hôtel vous prête) qui est un plus très appréciable. La piscine est grande et très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Bref, mes amis et moi avons passé un excellent séjour. Une mention spéciale au manager de l'hôtel qui a été très professionnel.

A fab, tiny hotel out of the hustle and bustle of central Siem Reap. Room was huge, pool delightful and free tuk tuk transport was provided to downtown and the airport. Staff were very helpful and arranged day trips to the temples for us.

혼자 간 출장이라 무섭고 외로울줄 알았습니다. 그러나 호텔 스텝들의 친절로 인해 정말 재밌는 출장을 다녀오게 된거 같습니다. 톡톡 서비스 덕분에 구석구석 잘 다닌거 같아요. 일몰 보러 갔는데 해가 구름에 가려 못봤더니 미안하다고 물도 사주시고, 도로에 먼지가 많이 날리니 마스크를 써라고 마스크도 주시고.. 체크아웃 하는 날은 기념품 스카프도 주셨어요. 그리고 톡톡으로 픽업 픽드랍 다 해주셨고, 현지 전화기를 주셔서 통화도 무리없이 잘 할 수 있었습니다. 제가 간 날은 새해여서 차가 엄청 밀렸었는데, 융통성있게 오토바이로 데려다 줘서 교통체중 걱정없이 잘 다녀왔네요. 다음엔 어머니 모시고 꼭 다시 오겠습니다. 정말 캄보디아 그립습니다. 감사했습니다!
