Lovely resort close to airport and major temples. Very friendly efficient staff with helpful hints regarding local tourism. Beautiful gardens with lovely plants and a large swimming pool. Breakfast was included with a choice of local foods as well as full american. We were served a beautifully presented delicious gourmet style dinner by the head chef - a very pleasant gentleman. A relaxing haven in the middle of all the hectic sight seeing!!

The property was nice and quiet. There are some safety issue with the room. Bathroom should have some kind of floor matt to prevent guest from slipping. I slip 3 times stepping out the tub i finally threw a towel on the floor.

Terrible hotel

I booked a "Four bedroom family villa". Upon checking in I was told there is no such thing as a "four bedroom family villa" and, after waiting close to two hours to be given the room, though we arrived at 10 pm, we were given two bedrooms with two twin beds each. There was no way to make them understand that it not what we reserved and paid for, well in advance. We were very rudely told that it was an Expedia problem and that the hotel could and would not do anything to alleviate the problem. We were forced to book another room to accommodate two adults --as there was no way to stay in a room with two twin beds. The on,u thing they offered was a foldaway cot that wouldn't be comfortable or appropriate for a kid in kindergarten. Then Expedia sent a message saying the hotel refuses to compensate or refund us and that they can't do anything as it was the fault of the hotel. To keep short, both are passing the ball to each other and no one is willing to make this terrible situation right.

Pleasant stay.

The Hotel is new and there are a few things that could be improved. There was no waste baskets in rooms. The air con did not cool the room as too inadequate for area. No info packets in room to say what restaurant hours were, what was around the area. Plenty of brochures at front desk. Quite a few flies. Pool area excellent. Staff excellent and most helpful and accommodating.

Friendly kindhearted staff.

The young staff members are very customer oriented, they made me feel comfortable and cared for! They brought a cake to my room and sang happy birthday to me!! Warm smiles and friendly folk! I really appreciated the personal touch.
