"Beach was nice. Short walk from room and hotel lobby. Got to see sunset from their chairs every night. What Sofitel always does for me and why I continue to use their brand worldwide is their attention to customers. They all go out of the way to make the stay welcoming. Getting a taxi outside is easy, but kinda of a drag being so far from town. Made us wanna stay at resort even more. Everyone from kitchen, to lobby, to cleaning crew to servers was impecabble. I would return."

"I was given an amazing upgrade to my room. I didn’t want to leave. My family were staying at a hotel across the road so getting the upgrade really made my trip so much better. The hotel itself is also amazing, from the exterior to the interior reception and views over the pool area. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. The restaurant staff could be a bit more attentive, at times I had to look for someone to get a dinner drink. Also I think some barista training would be helpful...
