Personnel très gentil, hôtel très propre et calme les chambres sont nettoyées chaque jour. Idéalement situé, le souk el had se trouve à deux pas, la mer a 20 minutes de marche. Vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner au café juste à côté de l’hôtel très bon copieux et pas excessif ! Je reviendrais ! Merci

Une fois mais pas deux

L’hôtel est proche en voiture de la plage mais l’environnement est très bruyant. Il dispose d’un parking privée non sécurisée. La suite était très grande (2 chambres et un salon). Nous n’avons pas pu nous servir de l’eau (douche et lavabo) à notre arrivée car l’eau était sale (apparement dû à des travaux). Le problème a été plus ou moins résolu le lendemain matin. Nous sommes déçus du retour du personnel quant à ce problème (pas de geste commercial, aucune réelle considération de la situation)

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. La chambre était propre, une belle literie confortable et beau cadre. L'hôtel est bien insonorisé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'hôtel est très bien situé puisque juste à côté des grands taxis pour aller dans la région, un point très important. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung

So wie es in den Bildern aussieht sieht es in der Realität nicht aus..Es gibt keine Blütenblätter dekorierte Betten und Waschbecken.. das erste Zimmer war eine herbe Enttäuschung. Die Badezimmertür ging nicht richtig zu...der Klositz wackelte... Ein Handtuch für drei Leute..insgesamt nicht so wie von vielen beschrieben.. Als ich mich beschwert habe gab man mir ein anderes Zimmer was besser war.. zumindestens ansatzweise... die Reinigungskraft hat sich sehr viel Mühe auszubügeln was die Hotelbuchung vermasselt hat. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr nett. Touristen haben in Marokko bessere Chancen auf bessere Zimmer... wir als Marokkaner die im Ausland leben werden meistens anders behandelt obwohl wir das gleiche Geld zahlen.. das fand ich sehr enttäuschend.. Positiv war es gab warmes Wasser zum Duschen..extrem negativ war dass es verdammt laut war. Das Zimmer war zur Straßenseite hin und durch das Hupen war an erholsamen Schlaf gar nicht zu denken.
