"I’m looking forward to staying at Novotel Siam Square again on 28 May. Last time, I stayed in a corner deluxe room and really enjoyed the extra space, natural light, and city views. I hope I can get the same type of room again, preferably on a high floor for an even better view. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Siam, close to shopping, dining, and public transit. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and the stay very enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Siam Square for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a central Bangkok experience. "

"The hotel’s interior design is dim—honestly, so dark that it’s easy to trip and you can’t even see which floor button to press inside the elevator. All of the décor is overly outdated. The shower drain clogs and water pools while bathing. The hotel’s location, however, is excellent."
