Entire staff provided excellent customer service. Breakfast that came with our stay had the same daily menu but food is always good. Front desk people are very helpful. Hotel is a few steps away from the train station and 1 stop away from the busiest shopping hub.

Cosy hotel. Excellent Thai massage.

Have stayed at Hansar many times because their rooms are big and cosy, location is good and room rates are reasonable. Recently discovered their new Thai massage is really good and not expensive for hotel standard. Hotel probably need some refurbishment and upgrades. Will return to Hansar again and again.

We like the location and that Hansar is a personal hotel in Bangkok. The bathrooms are starting to need some updating, otherwise the rooms are fine. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Access to rooms is from an outside corridor. Hotel has no proper entrance, you walk through a bar and corridor to get to the life for reception. Very confusing. However, there are door staff to help you. Breakfast buffet a bit basic for a hotel.

Great location - walking distance to many malls and to the BTS system. Room was big and spacious but quite worn with sagging mattress and uneven carpet. Could use a spruce up. Breakfast was great - they have a nice buffet and a menu to order from. Gym was well equipped. Would stay here again in the future
