"We did not have the room I booked ie superior and were given a small room with a small bed. After a long wait we were given a slightly larger room and bed. Staff were friendly but incompetent and not there most of the time. No sense of security."

"Staff were excellent both at check in and any time of the day. Breakfast was very good and the lounge area was very comfortable. The hotel is in the middle of Shrewsbury so access to all areas is very easy . Good internet access and the bedroom comfortable with a bath as well. Evening meal the restaurant was also good.
