"Morgan made our Christmas trip so enjoyable. We were SO glad we did this amazing mod/retro/boutique vibes as opposed to a cookie cutter hotel. The furniture is cozy, the bed is awesome! The bathroom has heated floors! It’s a short walk to Central bbq, friendly coffee shop Otherlands - you’re a hop, skip and jump to Overton Park and the zoo! Keyless entry everywhere makes it SO convenient! We felt really safe and parking is close to the building. The TVs are super large so it was fun...

"This is the third time we have stayed at one of Jamey's properties and it won't be the last. Really comfy bed for tired travelers, and it's especially great -- for us and our pup -- that it's such a short walk to beautiful Overton Park."

"Great place and location for us. I wanted to give 5 stars but there was a FLY problem. The flies met us at the door and were all through the house.A fly swatter was provided however there were so many it didn’t help and was annoying. I would like to stay again but I think the fly problem will keep me from booking again. If you go take quick strike with you. It works well for flies in my backyard."
