The room was very nice but getting to it was a little confusing given the layout of security fencing. Some more signs directing to room numbers might have helped. Only other drawback was a clogged bathtub drain and the room could have used a few shirt hangers. When I overstayed my checkout time due to circumstances beyond my control the staff were very understanding and helpful and it didn't cost me another dime.

Place was great! So much better than being stuck i hotel room!

The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful and great location right by Beale street. Rooms were a nice size and clean.

Everyone has been helpful and the room is clean.
