"Great host and nice, convenient home"

"We had a wonderful time at Bonito Bungalow. The home had everything we needed and the space and location was perfect. Very well stocked kitchen (with sharp knives!) and plenty of supplies to get us through our stay (dish tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.). The home is also centrally located on the island - close to the beach access (less than 5 minutes), pools, stores, playgrounds and restaurants. The home was also decorated beautifully and had a very cozy vibe. The golf cart included was so fun to ride around on and get places easily and they also stock beach towels and beach chairs and boogie boards in the garage. Communication with Barbie and Matt was wonderful! They were very responsive via VRBO messaging or text. They also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations, and lots of other recs on the paperwork they provide, like where to find the best sunset location or where to find shark teeth on the beach. All the info you would need they provide, which we really appreciated. We decided to use the amenity cards (extra fees) because our favorite pool (and the only heated one) is at the Cabana Club and does require amenity cards for entry. Most of the restaurants and pools on the island also require amenity cards as well. But you can easily not purchase those if you don't plan on using the pools and there are plenty of restaurants within 30 minutes of the island worth visiting. Highly recommend staying at Bonito Bungalow!"

"Wow! What an amazing place! The pictures posted are beautiful but this home is even better in person! There are so many areas within the house that allow you those amazing ocean views and if you want to be a little closer you can step onto the incredibly large deck area on the back of the home. The living room was large, cozy and open and allowed for everyone to be comfortable. We found it to be very clean and the kitchen was stocked with every pot, pan, glass and utensil you could possibly need. Kathy was so friendly and helpful and very easy to communicate with. She was quick to respond to our questions and made us feel very welcomed! It was so difficult to pack up and leave such an amazing place! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend others do the same. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again for sharing your home with us!"

"This home is absolutely perfect! It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for a large group. The bedrooms are arranged to provide everyone with their own sense of privacy, while the common areas are welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the short walk to the beach couldn’t be more convenient. Our favorite part was relaxing on the porches each evening, watching the sunset—it was unforgettable. You won’t regret choosing this house!"

"In real estate location is key and this villa has the best real estate on the island if you want to have direct access to the beach and adult pool. You can stay at nicer places on the island, but if your goal is convenience then this JF Villa takes second to none. The kitchen is exactly what you expect from a villa. The one downside is the grill has to be electric so it limits your grilling options. I don’t think I have been to any villa and thought that was 5 Star clean so it met my expectation of what it would be. "
