"Wonderful, spacious house right on the beach. We loved the big porch and the well-stocked kitchen. This house puts you away from the crowds near the club. Kathy was great communicating and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend. "

"In real estate location is key and this villa has the best real estate on the island if you want to have direct access to the beach and adult pool. You can stay at nicer places on the island, but if your goal is convenience then this JF Villa takes second to none. The kitchen is exactly what you expect from a villa. The one downside is the grill has to be electric so it limits your grilling options. I don’t think I have been to any villa and thought that was 5 Star clean so it met my expectation of what it would be. "

"Absolutely great location! The only downside and this has nothing to do with the house b/c it was perfect. The island has changed so much. We have been going to Fripp for 10 years now and since a new company bought the island everything has changed. It’s sad b/c my family loved Fripp."
