"This condominium is in an old building. The floors are old and not level & the doors stick. The grout in the master bath shower needs to be replaced. That’s the only negatives. Everything else about the place was wonderful. We stayed there for 28 days and had a fantastic experience. It’s a short walk to a great beach. The grounds and the swimming pools are well taken care of."

"We enjoyed out stay at this property despite the weather. We were able to get away from home for a few days for some r & r. We had to leave early because of a family emergency and the host was very understanding. We will reconsider staying here again if we find ourselves returning to Hilton Head Island."

"A nice quiet place and good location in HHI. The King bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa. Compared to other rooms in the resort, this one was not very updated but had acceptable accommodations for a 3 night stay."

"Even though the condo wasn’t on a beach it was on a natural sand area of the River. I saw more wildlife here than I would have ever seen on a beach that would have had many more people. It was peaceful & tranquil!!!"
