"Charming home in great location nearby nature center and cabana club pool. It was an added bonus that the property included club cards. Make sure you bring in all essentials including soap, laundry detergent, beach towels, and toilet paper for your stay since the nearest stores are 30 min away. Overall a wonderful stay and beautiful location."

"We had 8 people visiting in late July. The house was very well positioned to get quickly to the beach with a golf cart. The outside shower was handy to get the sand off before getting in the house. Everything was very nice and functional. The only quibble may have been with storage space, but we made it work. My spouse said that it was the perfect size for our group, which I agree."

The cleanliness at arrival was unmatched, the provided essentials were a huge bonus and the home is incredibly well kept. The photos don’t do it justice! "Our family of seven had an amazing stay! The house far exceeded our expectations, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. The marsh views were beautiful, the beach was just a short trip away, and the golf carts were a huge hit with the kids. We also loved all the wildlife around the property. We would definitely stay here again!"

The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax after enjoying the beach.The owners were incredibly communicative from the time we booked through the end of our stay, always quick to respond to questions and making the entire process seamless. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable getaway on Fripp Island!"
Oceanfront House - 5 Bedroom

"The location of the house is PRIME! We had beautiful views- sunrise and sunset included. We spent every morning and evening on the porch. The deer would come right up behind the house which was fun for the kids to see. The beach access was right out the back door. It was super convenient with our own boardwalk to the beach and a shower. Having little kids, we particularly enjoyed having a gate on the porch so the kids could be outside without us worrying about them wandering to the beach.. We also enjoyed using the kayaks and launching them right from the beach!The kitchen was clean and had all the things we needed. The extra fridge being in the kitchen was incredibly useful. The beds were comfortable and the house maintained a comfortable temperature all day and night. The only room that got stuffy was the downstairs bathroom but leaving the door open and fan on helped.Overall this was a fantastic stay! We loved our time at the Frippside!"
