" 10/10 Stay – Absolutely Perfect!This was the absolute perfect house 朗 From the moment you walk in, it feels warm, inviting, and like a true home away from home. Everything was spotless—we were so impressed with how clean and well cared for it was. The wide open space made it perfect for relaxing and spending time together.The screened porch with the beautiful marsh view quickly became our favorite spot—quiet coffee mornings there were simply the best We also loved having access to the bikes and golf cart, which made it so fun to explore the island and take in all the amazing wildlife.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable getaway!"

"This was our 3rd family visit to Fripp. This place did not disappoint. Kathy was super helpful and extremely responsive. The house had plenty of space and the location was phenomenal!! The Fiddlers Cove neighborhood is quiet and perfect. The crab dock and close park makes it a great spot for families. The fire pit was led to an unexpected great night. We will be back!!"

"The location was ideal for us as we were multiple families staying together for a golf tournament. The kitchen was well equipped, except not enough kitchen towels. We had to contact the property management group to come back to do additional cleaning of the outdoor dining area as it was quite dirty. The gas grill was in very poor and dirty condition and frankly needs replaced.Also, it quickly became a parent that there was no hot water our first evening. After doing some of our own troubleshooting, we discovered the breaker to the hot water heater was off. There is also an issue with raccoons in the evening as wellDespite the above issues, beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space with hangers. Check in and out was very easy,Space itself seemed smaller than we expected. ."

"The home was charming and clean and had everything we needed. The setting was like a treehouse with all of the wildlife we spotted from the Carolina room. So many deer and birds and even a small gator down by the dock. It’s a peaceful spot and we hope to return!"

"Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and grilling. Bedrooms are large so plenty of space! We had a great five days on fripp with our family of 5 plus grandparents. It was so relaxing. Lived the golf cart (and beach chairs and towels etc..) were there so we did not need to figure out renting one. Truly a good old fashioned family vacation and the kids are already talking about going back next year!"
