"I am writing regarding my stay on March 7, 2026, which was extremely disappointing and did not meet the cleanliness or quality standards I expect from Marriott. When I arrived in my room, several issues were immediately apparent. The phone in the room did not work, the carpet was ripped, and the floors were stained and appeared very dirty to the point that I did not feel comfortable walking on them. The bed looked messy and did not appear properly prepared. In the bathroom, there was hair on the walls, which was very concerning from a cleanliness and sanitation standpoint. Overall, the room was in unacceptable condition and clearly had not been properly cleaned or maintained prior to my arrival."

"Rude staff. Room in poor condition. Not enough towels no bath mat. Had to call down multiple times for the basics. Parking garage in bad condition and very expensive. Long walk to the hotel from the garage. Water everywhere. Long wait to eneter and exit the garage. Room service very slow. Arrives in plastic containers with no napkons and plastic, weak forks. "

"Booked a suite that claimed to have a stocked mini bar because I needed to work from the room for a few days. Upon check in I quickly realized there was no stocked mini bar and the room was in really rough shape. Damage everywhere, exposed nails, broken light switches, and an overall lack of care for the room. The pool was closed and the elevator was out. I lasted 30 minutes at this property before checking out. "

"Well let’s start with the pictures are not this hotel. There is no green Fruniture down stairs. Definitely a older hotel.. Elevator is suspicious. Room didn’t look like the pics either and had a carpet clean smell but didn’t exactly look clean. But the bed was comfortable no lie. Also something is going on with the phones. My phone rang all night and no one was ever on the other line when I grabbed it. I ended up disconnecting the phone for the duration of our stay. I noticed a man tell the front desk the Sam thing. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful, breakfast was free I really jus go for the waffles which never disappoint. "
