"This facility is in deplorable condition. It's so sad to have something with the name and the price offer such a terrible stay. Rooms are old, in dire need to have maintenance and replace whats needed. Poor staff is been set up for failure. They are awesome, apologized and offered solutions but it seemed that the other rooms were bad as well. I'm so disturbed by our whole stay I'm taking the time to write to corporate"
