I asked for a smoke free room, and this one is not!! The elevator was not working and my room is on the 4th floor! Big room and small tv, and the springs on the bed is horrible like a jail cell and the sheets and entire room smells like smoke! I need a refund as I am trying to make the best of it!

The place smelled horrible. We Couldn’t stand it. We almost threw up. We didn’t even stay there for five minutes. And the pictures posted look nice, nothing compared to the actual room we got. Do not recommend

What hotel I have ever stayed.

This hotel is not clean. Advertised serving breakfast but is not true. Only coffee and tea. Toilet seat, broken So hair dryer. Closet door broken. I’ll be in rooms smell very bad.

As you enter the hallway from the lobby, you can immediately smell the noxious odor of weed. The first room we were assigned to was not cleaned and contained a lot of painting materials. The next room had no sofa bed contrary to what was advertised. I tried asking the front staff if the room could be furnished with the sofa bed as there were 4 of us. However, the staff just took note and did not make a single effort to call maintenance. Further, the room did not smell fresh when my family came in. Only two pillows were provided for all four of us. Certainly, “you get what you pay for”. I will never book with this hotel again.

The tub was stopped up upon arrival. They claimed no maintenance worked on the weekend; suggested I use Draino - no other rooms available. Very poor service, rude desk worker.

The stay was horrible. We had reservations for 3 adults there was no mattress on the sofa couch so 3 adults had to squeeze in one bed and the receptionist was no help and had no solution. We wve had to go buy our own cover and roaces was everywhere. I will not be recommending this place. I will be contacting corporate. Plus the website doesn't let you upload your pictures.

Horrible Experience!!! Unsanitary Room and Unprofessional Service I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at this hotel. I booked a deluxe studio at the Extended Stay America Suites, but upon arrival, I was told that my room wasn’t available and was moved to a different location just a few minutes down the road. What followed was one of the most disgusting and unsafe hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was in appalling condition: Roaches on the bed and in the bathroom, which is completely unacceptable. Stained carpets that made it clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly in a while. Multiple non-functional lights made the room feel even more uncomfortable. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, and the shower was leaking, causing water damage and making the room even more unsanitary and unsafe. I immediately asked the front desk for a refund or to be moved to another room, but they refused, stating they couldn’t do anything due to policies set by Expedia. After contacting Expedia, I was told the hotel wasn’t willing to make any exceptions, despite the disgusting state of the room. This is not just about a bad stay, it’s about a lack of professionalism and care for the safety and comfort of guests. I never even stayed in the room because it was uninhabitable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m still requesting for a refund, but it’s clear that this hotel doesn’t take customer satisfaction seriously. Avoid this place at all costs.
