"Older building, funky smell. Older furniture, bed not so comfortable and not the cleanest room. No room service, you need to go down to the hotel restaurant and order it and get it yourself, very inconvenient, restaurant staff rude, food not the best. Expensive car parking, self parking no valet. Not the best experience for a 4 star hotel. "

"I have been to Quebec several times . This is the first visit at this hotel. Chic and clean . Lovely staff and accommodations! Le Bedeau was the wine bar connected to the hotel . Well worth the visit . When I come back to Quebec this hotel will be my choice ."

"Les assiettes dans les corridors qui trainnent pendant des journées entière rende l'endroit sale. De plus, le lit escamotable est très inconfortable et cause des maux de dos épouventable. Je croyais que c'était juste un hasard lors de mon dernier séjour mais j'ai vécu la même chose. Les gens au restaurant sont bien sympathique par contre. "
