"Perfect location for many of Portsmouth attractions all within walking distance, friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast with plenty of healthy options as well as full English, & offer a takeaway service if your to rushed or have attractions planned. Hotel is spotless & we found it great value for money. Would definitely pay a return visit & recommend to family & friends"

"We had a delightful stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming and informative during check-in. The room was clean and comfortable; however it would’ve been helpful to have hotel information available in the room - such as food and drink options, room facilities, reception contact, and details of any additional services offered. At breakfast the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. "

"Situated conveniently, parking not ideal, staff professional friendly and polite . Room was clean dated but clean. No usb port at all for charging. Hot drink available from reception. It was cheap and clean. "

"The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, the reception staff were excellent and the hotel was in a very good location for access on foot to the historic docks and Gunwharf Quays. Did not eat at hotel or use the bar so cannot comment on these facilities. If you are able to utilise one of the hotel's free parking bays which we did, this is another asset of the hotel."
