The office people were very nice and helpful. One thing that needs improvement: the water pressure was very low for our room, #1606. They installed a small device to increase the pressure but when it was on, it was very noisy.

Big space and good location
Convenient location, friendly staffs, clean and spacious rooms are the most we liked. Bathroom is small but acceptable.

A well located Apartment for short stay
The service apartment is a good size with sufficient amenities. The air conditioning, fridge and washer are in good working condition. I like the free laundry. The cleaner came Everyday except for my second last day. The sofa is too soft and the areas behind the curtains have cracks and ceiling corners have webs.

Short walk to Jing'An Temple subway station (line 2), convenient store close by, lots of stores/restaurants around, spacious room size, clean room, , well lit room with lots of light control, exhaust fan in bathroom, comfortable bed, free bottle water & disposable slippers, washer/fridge/microwave/iron/safe/cable TV/kettle Cons ... unstable WiFi, smoke smell in room, no liquid detergent & sponge in kitchen, busy (noisy) area during the day

A great stay in this very nice hotel/service apart
The up side of this hotel: 1) The location is wonderful! very close to everything: shopping malls, restaurants, temple and subways; 2) The staff are extremely friendly and helpful; 3) I really like the bed : very comfy and the space is big for solo traveler . The con side: The hotel is located in a kind mixed living and office building so you will see quite different type people but not big deal for me.

Great location
Overall is a good stay. The facility of the hotel is so so. Tv program didn't work well. The exhaust fan in the shower room (R706) couldn't function, either. But the location is truly wonderful.

Great Location near MRT station, eating places and Citi Plaza. Hotel amenities and service is just alright. Relevantly it's an old service apartment in Shanghai. But as the competitive price, Cosmo is still not a bad choice.

No compromise for good value
Very clean and comfortable, great staff, very helpful with good English. Lots of amenities, great central location and easy walk to metro at Jing'An station. If there was anything to complain about it was that the bed was really hard which seems to be the style in China.

チェックインは16階です。 サービスアパートメントなので本当にマンションの一室。 部屋は新しくはないが居室はきれいで、掃除も行き届いている。 シャワーの湯量は今いちだが許容範囲でした。 洗濯機があるので自分で洗濯しても良いし、洗濯機に放置しておくと清掃の人が洗ってくれる。 地下鉄駅まで5分くらいだが、駅前のデパートに行けば食事には不都合しないし、宿の周囲にもコンビニや食堂などの店はある。 キッチン付きでその気になれば軽い料理も出来る。 難点はエレベーター乗るのに少し時間がかかること。 値段と立地を考えれば総じて悪くないと思う。 短期の旅行ならホテルの方が満足度は高いはず。長期の出張などにおすすめ。

コストを考慮すれば十分な設備です。駅からもそれほど離れてないのも良い点です。強いて言えば、窓(室外側)に埃がついて曇っていたので、綺麗だともっと良かったです。 宿泊施設の感想とは関係ないのですが、Expediaのアプリで示されたホテルの地図の場所は間違ってませんか？チェックインの前に気が付いたので、問題ありませんでしたが。

寒かった
非常に口コミが良かったのですがとにかく寒い。 暖房はありますが広い部屋に行き渡りません。ライトダウンとマフラーをして寝ました。 上海でこの値段なら仕方ないのかもしれません.. 受付の人は英語が話せて親切です。駅（静安寺）から近いです。観光とショッピングエリアが 近くですがホテル周辺は非常に静かで環境は良いです。

Good place
Very good apt, more clean than other I have rents. Kitchen is simple but complete (with big refrigerator). Location is very near Jing'an temple and subway (#2) JingAn temple. also it is close to airport bus services.

交通至便なサービスアパートメント
昨年に続いて、出張で10泊しました。 洗濯機や毎日の掃除、ミネラルウォーターのサービスは有り難いです。 隣のビルに浦東開発銀行があり、両替も簡単にできます。 また隣のビルの地下にはフードコートがあり、一人での食事も便利です。 地下鉄の静安寺の駅、延安路の71路トロリーバスの華山路の駅なども徒歩で5分程度です。 長期滞在には、価格的にも良いところだと思います。

利用価値の高いウィークリーマンションタイプのホテル
こちらの受付は、１６階になります。他に同様のホテルがありますので、間違わないように！　チェックイン時に２００元のデポジットを要求されましたが、翌日、静安寺から空港までの始発バス（５：３０）に乗車のため、５：００にチェックアウトをすると説明したところ、デポジットの支払いはせずに済みました。　受付の女性は、英語が理解でき、荷物の預かり、WIFIの説明など非常に親切に対応していただきました。

地下鉄の静安寺の駅にも近く、バス停も多い。また近くには食堂、ショッピングセンターなども多く便利
9泊しました。 いつもホテルに泊まり、洗濯が面倒で、洗濯機のあるサービスアパートメントを探してここにしました。 結果から言って大正解でした。洗濯については、出かける時に、「洗濯してくださいカード」を洗濯してほしいものの上に置いておけば、掃除のおばさんが部屋の洗濯機で洗濯しておいてくれます。ただカードには「朝に洗濯をして、夕方には乾いています」とありましたが、私の部屋の掃除は、いつも夕方でしたので、夕方には当然乾いていませんでした(笑)。また洗剤も、置いてあるのでが、時々補充を忘れることがあるので、「請補充洗衣粉」と書いたメモを残すこともしばしばでした。とは言っても洗濯機があって、本当に快適でした。 毎日、きちんと掃除もしてくれます。また基本的には、ベットカバーやシーツなども替えてくれます。 なにか問題があるとすれば、テレビがローカル放送のみ（NHKもCNNも入らない）ということでしょうか。

立地条件の良いホテル！
静安寺から近く、交通の便が良く、またホテルの周りに食事をする所も多く、立地条件の良いホテルです。 部屋の掃除、タオルの交換は毎日、シーツは２～３日毎に変えてくれます。スペーリアスイーツは部屋はゆったりで、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、洗濯機、乾燥機、ポット、液晶テレビ、DVD機、エアコンが備付で、洗剤も用意されています。お風呂はシャワーのみなのが残念です。また湯量が少ないです。交通の便、安全面等も考え、また利用したいと思います。

ホテルというよりまさにアパート。チェックインも16階にある事務所で行うので、初めて泊まる人にはわかりにくいと思います。でも、この立地（地下鉄　静安寺駅まで徒歩5分程度）でこの値段であれば価値ありです。設備は決して新しくはありませんが、部屋内にはダブルベッド、ソファー、食卓が配置され、ミニキッチン、大型冷蔵庫もあります。風呂はシャワーのみでバスタブはありません。長期滞在する方にはいいんじゃないでしょうか。従業員の方も親切でした。

行き届いたサービスです。
同じビルの中に3つの会社があり、ホテルのサービス・状態・清潔感が違います。今回宿泊したコスモは、細かい点にも心遣いが感じられ、気持ち良く過ごすことができました。タオルは清潔で掃除も行き届いています。テレビはDVDとテレビが直ぐに切り替えられるので、近くのお店でDVDを買って見ました。ただ、洗濯物を干す所がないことや、シャワーの出が良くないのと、部屋代がコスモが一番高く、サービス分が値段に反映しているように思います。
