"I recently stayed in a 1 bed, 1 bath rental in Bakersfield and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location was a bit farther from town than I would have preferred, but the newness and tranquility of the neighborhood made up for it. "This property met every need our family had during our extended stay. The unit was immaculate, well-stocked, and carefully presented for our convenience; and the grounds were lovely and well-maintained. Other than a family across the driveway moving out one day, we rarely heard neighbors. Our stay was peaceful and quiet, and we felt quite "at home." The added bonus of the clean pool made for some happy family members. Our host, Gustavo, was friendly, helpful and very accessible and responsive....
