Charming Muskoka cottage, amazing views!

Experience the magic of Muskoka at our family cottage! Cozy & charming with breathtaking views, nestled in the Muskoka Lakes 1.5 hrs North of Toronto.
3 bedrooms, outdoor deck & dining area overlooking lake, bbq, spacious open concept family room, tv, fussball table/games, kids toys, hammock, firepit & a huge dock to soak up spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 Paddle boards & paddleboat. *Boat Access only* Dock your own boat or we can help arrange a water taxi from the nearby Marina
The space
3 rooms - 1 x queen (sleeping 2), 1 x queen (sleeping 2), 1 x bunkbed with queen on bottom & single on top (sleeping 3). Each room comes with storage space for your belongings.
Other things to note
**Cottage is water access only. We have a parking spot you can use at the marina and water taxis are available from nearby Tamarack Marina at approx $40 per trip. Boat rental is also possible at the Marina where available**

Mattress cover and protector is provided but additional linens are not. If needed, we can provide at a $25 per set, but recommend you bring your own bed sheets/blankets.

We have two paddle boards, Kayaks, and one paddleboat you are welcome to use once at the cottage.

We have a high chair for kids and a portable toddler bath.

High speed wifi and excellent cell reception.

Cottage is on the Trent Severn Waterways with access to endless lakes.

Great views and lovely hosts

We stayed recently at their place and they were lovely hosts. Very responsive and informative! Helpful as this is an island getaway with plenty of water toys for kids and adults. Our dogs loved the space and enjoyed the sunsets every night. They had a welcome package upon arrival which was a nice touch! Would recommend for a family as their is lots to do!
