"We stayed only the last of three nights in London here, and wish we'd done more. It's in a great location near both Waterloo station and the hop on hop off buses, several major attractions and of course Big Ben. The staff were very attentive upon entering and at night the one door has someone ensuring only guests can enter, so we felt quite safe. Very nice hotel with great fixtures in the room. We did opt for a fancier executive king overlooking Big Ben so it was a little pricier than I would normally want to spend, but we decided next time we come back to London, it's Park Plaza Westminster all the way!"

"Very close to King’s Cross station. Clean and tidy. Secure access to rooms. Cosy and inclusive breakfast was perfectly fine. Quiet in the night. Would def stay there again !"

"The whole experience of staying was so lovely. The staff were helpful, the room had a great view and had everything we needed. Air conditioning was nice in the room and great facilities. Breakfast had a variety of choice, high quality and friendly staff."

"The hotel itself was good. Only thing I have to say is bed too soft for my back , neck and shoulder injury. Little walk to the tram. Far from central Amsterdam. No food at hotel after 10am. "

"I’m had a double room, it was big, comfortable and clean. Staff were poor, the management of check-in wasn’t good. The property is difficult to navigate. The free boat to Canary Wharf is super convenient. All I’d say about the hotel is it is technically a hostel, if you go with that in mind you’ll be surprised if you expect a hotel, you’ll be disappointed"
