"The place was clean. I had a small private room and bath shared common area with one other room. Basic necessities provided but the property could use some TLC but the price reflects that. I didn’t spend any waking hours there so it was fine for my purposes. "

It also depends who else is staying in the other rooms. The neighborhood was not great. It is really sketchy, homeless people walking around and sleeping on steps. "I traveled solo for a concert and just needed a place to stay one night that wasn't super expensive, it was fine for what I needed and a good value. Was it luxurious? No but what do you expect? I was able to grab an Uber right outside safely. I slept well and that's what matters. The only negative thing I'll say is that I wish the bathroom door lock was more secure, I ended up not showering because I didn't feel like the door was really locked. "
