Independent in Serra da Estrela

"Great hotel, parking entrance and exit are a bit stressful. Breakfast is good, not sure if there was a possibility to have omelets. I hated the fact that there were no outlets on one side of bed. Gym is quite basic"

"The location was close to the restaurants and main shopping areas. The hotel was beautifully decorated and was very clean. The included breakfast had lots of delicious selections. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"No serious issues but definitely a case of you get what you pay for. I stayed three nights and each night it sounded like people in rooms above and beside me were either smashing furniture or throwing suitcases across the room. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel and possibly a rare occurrence."
