"This hotel is newly renovated, modern and clean. The reception is very friendly and accommodating. Its in a great location with everything in walking distance. We loved our stay in Coimbra. The people are nice, less crowded and laid back, relaxing."

"It is an old hotel with very, very small rooms but it is adequate for a 1 night stay. The bathroom is also small but clean and the shower was good. There is a roof top bar area and also a bar area inside where an adequate breakfast is served. "

"First impressions are everything and the lovely staff gave us a very warm welcome complete with a glass of port, as well as a tour of the property upon arrival. The spa was very clean and zen, and our panarama suite had a lovely Mountain View. We dined in Fatiga, the restaurant on property and it was fantastic!! The food, service and ambiance were perfection!"
