It was also clear that the housekeeping crew was doing the bare minimum. Twice they left behind dirty towels (ones they had used, not mine) and my sheets were not changed once in the entire 6 night stay (no signage indicating they have eco-friendly policies). "The hotel was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even helped me receive a food delivery at the hotel, which was a huge help. I was a little concerned it might be noisy since it’s close to the train station, but it turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. The bed and bathroom were both spotless and well maintained. It’s also about a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, which was a big plus."

"Fantastic view, comfortable "warm" wood paneled rooms, swimming pool free to use by all hotel guests. Also, last couple of times I stayed I was able to get a free early check in after my long red eye flight (huge relief to relax in a room after a long flight), so definitely will be staying in the future. Prices can vary though with some days being a very good deal and more pricey the others."

Staffs were so friendly and professional! Traffic jam was terrible during rush hour but realy convenient if use subway. Two stops to Apkujungdong! "
