I had a fantastic time in Seoul, and this hotel was a big part of it. The service was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable. Its great location made exploring the city so easy. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Seoul!

The staff were professional, helpful, and friendly. One of them was able to retrieve my glasses that I left in a taxi and resolved a duplicate Uber Taxi charge. Thank you staff!

The facilities felt brand new and were exceptionally clean. I especially loved the spa. it was the perfect spot for a warm, relaxing soak. The check-in process was also incredibly fast and convenient. A truly pleasant and refreshing experience

I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my visit to Seoul. It was honestly the best decision. ​The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay so comfortable. Having such a spotless place to come back to really made my time in Seoul even more enjoyable and special. ​The staff were also very helpful, and I’m already planning to stay here again on my next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place in the city. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The room was dirty. The staff was super super super nice accommodating. There was no hot tub. It was a bathtub. The water didn’t work. It was cold. It was a terrible experience because it was like nine or 10° in Korea at that time. I was excited because in the ad it says Jacuzzi look at the ad and there was no Jacuzzi. It was a bathtub in the room. Disgusting floors was like dusty dustier than dusty anyways it was not a good experience, except for the staff was super nice super super Duper nice but yeah, wrong advertisement. There should be say there’s a tub and the water didn’t work and everything was wrong.

The staff were nice, but the place and cleanliness was poor. I honestly wanted to leave the first day. I was super excited about the hot tub, but I found hair and the old scrunchie near it. I told him to clean my room twice and it’s like they just moved stuff around didn’t sweep, the shower had a weird rust around it too

객실 내부와 화장실이 잘 관리되어 있어서 깨끗했어요. 청결하지 않으면 잠을 못자는데, 여기는 먼지 머리카락 없이 깨끗하게 관리 되는 느낌입니다. 지하철역 바로 앞이라 편리하고 직원분들도 친절하게 맞이해주셔서 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 올것 같아요.

곰팡이가 너무 심해서 기분이 별로 였어요. 게다가 욕조에 물을 받으니 이전 사람이 쓰고 청소하지 않았는지, 떼가 둥둥 뜨구요. 곰펑이좀 어떻게 해결하셔야 사람이 다시 찾을거 같네요. 전 가고 싶지 않습니다.

직원분들이 매우 친절하였고, 온수 욕조가 깨끗하게 관리 되고 있었습니다. 주차도 편리하게 여러대를 주차할수 있는 공간이 있었고, 객실도 청결하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 다른 리뷰들을 보면서 반신반의 하였는데 깨끗한 객실을 보고 안심하였습니다. 다음에도 또 이용 할 것 같습니다.

職員們都很樂於幫忙，但設施有點不足： 浴室內沒有掛衣服的設施，房內有蚊子及有很多塵。免費洗衫，非常好。地點也不錯，近地鐵站和機場巴士。 Check-in 時間太晚，要 6點才可以入住。
