"I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again "
