One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. "Great central location in uppuveli. Easy walk to beach. Big breakfast every Morning but it wasn’t fabulous. However it set us up for the day. Not sure we needed the pool as the sea was so close and warm. But families were loving it and it was Nice and clean. Water went off every day for a period as did electricity- the electricity I think was all of uppuveli. Toilet broke on first day and was mended within the hour. I would say good value for the price. Budget travellers would find this property...

"Worst customer service. Hotel management team don’t bother about anything. The room was dirty , WiFi no signal inside room. It took them more than one hour to confirm my booking. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."
