We had a very mixed stay at the hotel. Upon arriving and checking in we found that the room was very unclean. There was hairs in the bed which indicated the bedding had not been changed and hairs all over the soap in the bathroom. The bathroom had a terrible smell which was very strong and the air con was leaking all over the carpet.
Once we asked to change we were moved into a room which was better, however still needed some general maintenance. There were marks all over the walls, broken floor tiles in the bathroom and the sides needed a good clean.
On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent and very tasty/filling. The pool area was absolutely lovely and it was a great place to chill when it was hot!! Although, they could really use some more loungers around the pool. The property is only a short walk to the beach and good value for money in that sense. The staff were also friendly and helped where they could.
If you are coming here, manage your expectations for the rooms as I was hugely disappointed, however stayed as the outside area was so lovely. A non carpet flooring would make much more sense for this hotel and a bit more care taken in the rooms.
