One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. Guard welcomed us and took us to the room.
We've got a bigger room since our was occupied.
Generally, nice and clean place but far from every thing in Trincomalee.
I wouldn't recommend to stay in any hotel in the city, go for the beach hotels.
What you will save on hotel in the city, you will spend on Tuk-tuks there and back."
