Our first trip to bali and we our stay at abivilla did not disappoint. A beautiful villa and the staff were so lovely. The lady who prepared our meal each morning was fabulous and started our day the best way possible. Would definitely recommend.

As a family we loved this accom. You can walk everywhere, lots of shops and restaurants all close by without being on your doorstep. The beach is a very short 2-3 min walk. Having a place to then also get away and be yourself as a family and not have 100's of hotel guests around was a huge advantage. The staff were wonderful, cooked breakfast to your liking everyday was amazing, pool cleaner every day and great communication. This place had it all and we couldn't recommend it any higher...outstanding Thanks AbivillA

Great location, 8 minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Dolce Gelato at the end of the street is wondeful! A really pleasant and private villa. We enjoyed our stay but we would recommend 3-5 days as 10 days felt a little too long. Breakfast each morning was basic and lacked variety after 10 days. There are no laundry facilities at the villa but there are laundrettes nearby. The villa is looking a wee bit more tired and dated than when the photos were taken; but it's still very pleasant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the manager Arka. I don't think we would stay here again... But nevertheless we enjoyed our time.

A great stay from start to finish. Villa is in good condition clean and well equipped. It is in a great location 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 10:15 to the very many shops. There are a couple of well stocked shops as well just at the begining of the street as well. However what made our stay great were the lovely people looking after the villa. So MANY THANKS TO Mila, Iluh, Ngurah and not forgetting Arke!!!! We are looking forward to going back soon!!!

Abivilla was the perfect location for our family getaway. Seminyak is bustling but the street Abivilla runs off is completely quiet and easy to navigate. It's so close to the beach with an easy walk through a laneway. The property itself is fantastic and our kids loved the Pool! Breakfast was awesome and communication with manager Arke was super easy. We couldn't say more positive things about our stay

We had a wonderful stay here. We had breakfast cooked for us at the villa everyday. We were just a short walk to the beach from here. I will have to say, one thing is that on Google Maps, it shows the place further out than it actually is from the beach. Nothing to do with this place but don't use Google as its wrong. Place has AC in the rooms. The open living room has fans and is more than comfortable. Tons of shopping and nightlife within a stones throw away. The place is very clean. It has a pool and its cleaned almost daily. Also nearby, within a couple of steps is a convenient store to buy your essentials, laundry service if you run out of clean clothes, and a place to exchange currency.
