Both villas are 4-bedroom each connected with a door (total 8 beds). Perfect for big group of 16 people. Extra beds (extra cost at $30usd/bed/night) can be added to accommodate 2 more people. Maximum occupancy is 18 people. Located in Seminyak, 300 meter to EatStreet and 500 meters from Seminyak Beach. These villas are often rented separately and have limited availability, please do not hesitate, go ahead and book when it is available.

Other things to note:
🚗 You can park a motorbike in front of the villa, while car parking is not available.
⏰ Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 PM.
🚫 No parties allowed to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
👥 Please provide the correct number of guests in your booking, as pricing may vary based on group size.
🛄 Luggage Storage – Guests can store luggage between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for early arrivals or late departures. Let us know in advance to arrange this service.
🌴 Bali is a tropical island. You might see insects or mosquitoes around, but don’t worry, we provide insect spray and skin repellent for your comfort. We also regularly carry out pest control to keep the villa as comfortable as possible.

Both villas come with same joglo style, come with swimming pools, full-time maids and security at night. Each villa has 4 bedrooms. Every air-conditioned bedroom has en-suite bathroom with hot water. TVs in living area with international channel. WiFi covers the entire area (rooms, living area and swimming pool).

There are daily maids service, a complimentary use of mineral water during your stay, preparation for breakfast on request just for the cost of groceries. Also a possibility of organization for airport pick-up, motorcycle or car rental, baby sitter and shopping of groceries on pre-arrival.
