"I’m very disappointed with my experience here. While the property was beautiful and clean and the onsen pools were beautiful, the service here was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to the hotel around 10 AM at which point all of the restaurants and all of the Hot Springs and the gift shop were closed.
