To enjoy the hot spring

It was fantastic! From the entrance, the bamboos are seem to be welcomeing us and once we through the door, quite space was there and nice probably designed furnitures. Staff was really nice and they attended us to the room. A room we stay was Japanese style with hot spring. Hot spring was really great and temperatures was perfect. There were big hot spring in a different place but if you want to enjoy own time, differently room hot spring is worth to enjoy. Oh, there were many restaurants near by the hotel. You can find and see Japanese IZAKAYA style.

とても快適にすごすことができました。シンプルなツインルームのお部屋ですが、のんびりくつろげました。 朝食は、バイキングではありませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気の中、きれいで美味しかったです。　 また利用したいと思います。

８月７日に山梨県内（甲府市外）で開催の花火大会を目的に、観覧の拠点として使わせてもらいました。 全体的に高級なシティホテルといった趣ですが、源泉掛け流しの温泉浴場もあります。 ホテル本館とは別に温泉棟があり、浴場まで部屋から行くのに、ちょっとした連絡通路が３階にありさらにエレベーターで１階へ降りるという形です。 源泉を大切にしている宿のようで、浴槽は必要以上に大きくありませんし、浴場は一度に大人数では使えません。 ただし入浴時間帯には特に制限がなく、ゆっくり湯に浸かりたければ客の少ない時間帯を狙えばいいでしょう。 市役所など官庁が近いという立地ですが、自分がGoogleで調べてもこの辺りでコインランドリーやコンビニが見当たらず、その点やや不便かも。 シングル部屋がありビジネス利用・連泊客需要もそれなりに多いはずで、館内にコインランドリーがあればと思いました（ランドリーサービスはあり）。 今回は花火大会目的で来た関係で、ホテルでの滞在時間が少なくバタバタでした。朝食会場でコーヒーを頼んだものの時間の都合でいただくことなく引き上げてしまいました。 別の機会を見つけて、次回はゆっくりホテルで過ごしたいと思います。

思っていたのと違って、バーもあるシティホテルでした。古いとは聞いていましたが、きれいに改装されていて、スタッフは皆さん感じが良かったです。お風呂は、後から頑張って作ったと見えて、広くはありませんが、朝空いているタイミングを狙って行ったので、全く問題なし。場所も飲食街で便利。チェーンのビジホより全然良い。 甲府に泊まる事れば、また利用したいです。

素敵な老舗ホテルです

想像以上に入口、ロビーなどのインテリアや雰囲気が素敵でした。新しくはないですが、品がよく落ち着きます。部屋も広さがあります。駅から10分程度歩きますが苦ではなく、お城や繁華街も近く、便利です。洋食レストランでコースをいただきましたが、美味しく、甲州ワインも堪能できました。欲を言えば、1階のラウンジでサンドイッチくらいつまめるといいな、くらいです。ケーキ類は充実です。

古いホテルなのだろうが良く手入れされており「古い」ではなく「歴史」を感じる温かさが感じられスタッフの方々も非常に対応良く、老舗ホテルの趣きが感じられました。　また朝食はバイキングではなく事前に和食もしくは洋食を選択しておくのですが、あんなに落ち着いた雰囲気で朝食をとれたのはやはりビジネスホテルとは全く違うと感じました。　甲府に行くときはまた是非に宿泊したいと思いました。

家族旅行で利用しました。駅近くという立地場所から部屋の広さはあまり期待しておりませんでしたが、十分な広さで、館内全般的に清潔感も保たれており従業員の方々の接客態度も丁寧で満足しました。 お風呂は洗い場が3箇所しか無い大浴場というには狭いスペースですが、源泉掛け流しの温泉は泉質が最高で宿泊中に3回も入ってしまいました。甲府に来た際にはまた利用したいと思います。

期待して行ったものの…

ジュニアスイートルームに宿泊させていただきました。 ただ実際行ってみたら、「えっ」と思う点が多く残念な宿泊になりました。 ①パジャマのボタンが取れている（結局使いませんでした） ②ベッドに髪の毛がいくつか落ちている（自分達で払いました） ③部屋に付いているお風呂にお湯を張ったところ、髪の毛や黒いカス汚れがいくつも浮いているし、油汚れが起きているときのような水面をしている（一旦、お湯をすべて抜いてシャワーで浴槽を洗い流してから、再度お湯を張りました） 久々の旅行で、事前の評価も高かったので期待して宿泊させていただいたもののあまりにも残念でした。 私たちが宿泊させていただいた部屋が、たまたま色んなことが重なったのかもしれませんが、少なくとも私たちは再度訪れることはないでしょうし、周囲の人にもオススメはできないと率直に思いました。

朝食レストランの改善を希望

今回4回目となるリピーターです。 今回初めて洋食の朝食を選んでみましたが、和食と比較するとだいぶ淋しい内容に思えました。 なお、レストラン入口に朝食受付の方がおらず、数分間待たされました。 また、忙しく働いていらっしゃるらしく、厨房の中から大きな声での会話（私語ではなく、仕事上の会話）が絶えず聞こえてきました。 これらの事は他のホテルでは経験した事がなく、出来れば改善して頂きたいと感じました。 その他の部屋の設備や浴場等については満足ですす。

24時間OKの大浴場（中浴場？）はありがたいです。 ちょっとしたアクシデントがありましたが、スタッフの方がすぐに対応してくださり助かりました。 ホテルの雰囲気がとても良かったです。 また利用したいと思いました。

衛生的でとてもよかったです♪ 又朝食もビュッフェではなく前日に頼んだ洋食も良かった(コロナ禍なので)
