"We’ve stayed here twice now and each time amazed at how genuinely helpful and considerate the staff are. The property is immaculate and gives you a sense of cleanliness and comfort which helped us to completely relax on our trip. We will be booking again for sure!"
"I could live here! We were here for 1 night and then travelled to Frankfurt. We came back to Düsseldorf and decided to reserve for an additional 2 nights due to the cleanliness and communication and value. It is actually an apartment with everything you need. Love it here. Hope to come back some time. "

"The room was spotless. I really appreciated that
The hotel was hard to get to.
The hotel offers a direct route to the departure gates. Very easy and secure "
"Great rooms, well laid out and very comfortable. Some complimentary soft drinks provided in mini bar. Shower was strong and hot. TV allows you to stream your device. Great facilities, some bar games in reception, a barbers, and a nice restaurant. Only downside: parking charges were excessive (€28/night) and not clear prior to parking and checking in. Recommend if you park there for a few days to speak to reception to get it connected to your room, after which they will validate the card as much as needed."
"It’s a nice hotel, although the underground car park is undergoing renovations (August 2025) meaning parking can be difficult. That said, the helpful check in staff kindly allowed us to park out the front near the entrance.
Breakfast was excellent, although staff are keen to close on time so make sure you’ve finished before the official breakfast end time. "
