Very friendly staff. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfastbuffet is one of the most extensive ones I have ever had at a hotel. Only negative point of our stay was that the lock on our door wasn't functioning properly and we had trouble opening and closing the door. A nice lady from the housekeeping staff helped us enter again when the doorlock showed a green light but it still did not unlock. Düsseldorf center is easily reachable by bike or public transport.

O Check-in e o Check-out foram rápidos e tranquilos, o quarto é muito bom, com um ambiente bem ventilado e com uma vista perfeita para o Rio Rhein. Funcionários muito simpáticos também. O único problema foi que a cama do nosso quarto estava quebrada, não tinha controle remoto e na geladeira não tem opções de produtos para comprar e consumir, para isso tenho que descer para o restaurante. Mas fora isso, eu o indico e voltaria a me hospedar mais vezes por lá.

Preis Leistung gerechtfertigt…absolut kein Flop aber auch kein Top..denke, wenn die Zimmer Klima hätten (war gerade 38°) würde ich wieder kommen…Umgebung sehr gut, Rewe und Bahn ca. 10 min entfernt…obwohl an der Strasse eigentlich angenehm ruhig..Zimmer durch Wände hellhörig…Frühstück nicht genutzt…wird gerade renoviert, aber bei mir ohne Lärm
