The staff were incredible. We arrived very early with very heavy bags, and the staff managed to check us in so we could dump bags and enjoy more of the day. Rooms were really nice, great decor, Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

From receptionists, wait staffs at the breakfast and 2 Georgian guys from house keeping, they are all friendly and the services they provide are really excellent. I love this hotel and highly recommended. Breakfasts choices are very good too.
