Room was not clean, there was plates from the previous guest in the closet. The reception was ok. But the restaurant staff were really friendly. Alot of things are broken in the room or are very old.

Clean room with basic but good facilities. Didn’t read the note about having to pay extra for pool access so this was a surprise. Room was far too hot and due to street noise it was impossible to sleep well. Bed was comfortable though

Absolutely fantastic, from a seasoned traveller this was a tremendous hotel for the price paid. Can’t comment on the food as we ate out but room spotless and pool a lovely bonus. Don’t believe the negative reviews and give it a try!

I found Clayton to be an excellent choice for my stay. The Japanese quarter is a stones throw away and there are plenty of very nice restaurants around. The property itself was really impressive and I will be staying at Clayton for all future Düsseldorf trips

I would stay here again, great location and hospitality especially from Franando at the front desk, only thing lacking would be the breakfast as it was very simple options. Great top view of the city from the spa.

The location is truly wonderful, with everything conveniently within walking distance to the mall and a variety of dining options. I really appreciate the property and the staff, who have all been so kind and attentive. However, I did notice that the space doesn't quite have the fresh, clean feeling I was hoping for. I believe that a more thorough cleaning could really enhance the overall experience for guests. Thank you for considering this feedback!

Always a pleasure.

This is a regular stop for us when visiting Dusseldorf. We stay in the executive suites usually. Very clean and comfortable and worth the little bit extra if you can afford it. Very impressed with our server in the restaurant as he remembered us, where we were from, and what we enjoyed last visit.

Self check in, so no info on breakfast times, or pool options. At the second morning the person at the breakfast desk informed us our breakfast was not included, even though we did book it for 2 days/nigths. He would check it and never got back to us. Staff at the breakfast is not very kind or service minded. The sink in the bathroom was fractured as the bathroom is quite dated. Location and park options are great.
