Beautiful Place

Everything is new and fresh. Windows surrounding family room really bring in the outside including a view of the red rocks. Location is nice with very short drive to Uptown Sedona.

Cute little property that is perfect for a small family. My wife and I loved that it was nicely situated between oak park and Sedona so we could hit up either one we were feeling like that day

I loved the property — great location near lots of trailheads, easy drive into town, beautiful views, and a “modern mountain” feel. I would stay here again.The only thing that was a little strange was rhat we never received the name of a host or property manager. All communication was handled through a company with a local “hotline” that served several properties. In fact, one afternoon a handyman arrived at the house without any notice and it took 15 minutes on the phone (with a not-so-pleasant receptionist) to figure out that he was actually the wrong property. A different person from the mgmt company called the next morning to apologize for the inconvenience, but it was a bit off-putting that we couldn’t directly text/communicate with a host to figure it out in the moment.Still, the property was lovely and I would go back!

This property was amazing. Attention to detail was above average with the location being perfect. Check-in was as described and check-out was just as easy. Having the Red Rocks pass was an added bonus and very handy. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. Top notch in every way for our size party and our interests.

Peaceful casita

I had a lovely stay at this peaceful little casita. The use of materials and integration of the old with the new is fantastic! The casita is cozy and well stocked. Small rooms except for the main livingroom area which is quite spacious with huge windows highlighting the Natural beauty.

Short stay

The property is beautiful, just as pictured. It is quiet neighborhood but still situated close to hiking and a few miles to Sedona restaurants and shops.Our only frustration was that we had a family emergency just before the trip and they wouldn't allow reschedule or refund.

Perfect for our short getaway

This was a great location for our short getaway. We came during the off season so we spent a lot of time out of the house hiking. The house was very clean and property manager was quick to respond. The check out process was easier than any of our other experiences elsewhere. Would highly recommend and would come back!

Great Views

We enjoyed our time at the casita, especially waking up to beautiful views. The chapel of the Holy Cross is within walking distance and there is a short hike to a cave that is nearby as well so you can leave the car at the casita. The bed is a little firm for our liking, but after days filled with hiking we slept soundly.

We'll stay longer next time!

Although our short trip landed on cool, overcast & rain/snowy days, this casita made up for it. The views are lovely - rain or shine. It was everything described and more! We enjoyed the location away from the hustle and bustle of town. The bed is advertised as a Queen but felt more like a King to us. The kitchen also supplies a 2-burner hot plate along with pans & utensils for cooking up breakfast. This was our first time using a vacation rental and it was a good experience. We look forward to returning the casita!

Truly fabulous spot!

Honestly, this is such a great place! Beyond clean- absolutely spotless! The best description I can give is calming and peaceful. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views just sitting on the sofa or back yard around the fire bowl. So close to everything but feels like your in the middle of no where!

Great spot!

We came to play golf and enjoy Sedona for a few days. We hesitated on this property because of existing reviews. However, we found it to be a great spot. Super cool, very clean, well managed. We loved it. It is a bit of a fish bowl but no one was in the other house and there are blinds. I didn’t think that was a big deal. It has lovely views and is well located between Oak Creek and uptown Sedona.

A good stay!

The house was really cool! We loved all the natural light and it was a good location for us - close to Bell Rock etc. We relaxed by the fireplace one night and the outdoor fire pit another (the chairs are more comfortable then they look but not that comfortable). The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The kitchen had all we needed. We ate out or did takeout for all meals except breakfast. The electric kettle and keurig coffee maker and microwave were all we needed. No stove/oven was no problem (the double hot plate and toaster oven seemed like good substitutes). The king bed with the firm mattress was perfect for us! When one of us snores the pullout couch worked well! We would stay again if we came back!
